Outraged by the complete lack of empathy, unprofessional conduct, poor communication skills, blatant disregard for patient needs, and a consistently negative attitude, leaving patients feeling disrespected, anxious, and neglected, ultimately undermining their trust in this buisness that is not apart of the BBB . While a negative review is justified for truly egregious behavior, I understand it's crucial to consider the full picture and avoid making hasty judgments based on one interaction.however it's a consistent poor behavior form my numerous encounters there, especially with one particular phlebotomist. It amazes me that there seems to have been no performance review or assessment on her position of entitlement because she still continues to treat people with unkindness and a disregard for her position in customer service and health .

It is important to listen to the client and their caregiver. During the weekly call for supplies I…read morevery clearly stated multiple times NOT to send anything but the medication. We had enough of the other supplies to cover our needs for the duration of the infusion time. Instead of listening to me, someone made the decision to send supplies. I have called, and admittedly left angry messages, asking how to return these items so as we are not charged for them. We have to pay for this ourselves and every saline , heparin, cap and wipe is something we have to pay for. We have called a few times and left messages and have not gotten a call back. The pharmacists followed up on discrepancies, the drivers were cooperative, the nurse was polite; the customer service is lacking. I hope we never need infusion services again, and if we do, it will not be Palmetto Infusion. Listen to the customer. With all the good things that were done, this glaring oversight ruined the entire experience.

Went for my 'New Patient Check Up' as they call it, where they went over my file, and met me. Now that they've seen me, I am able to use the walk-in hours if I need to. They seem friendly and they seem like a good practice. I did have a long wait time. But it appeared that they were taking in others who were in more need to be seen faster than I was. So even though I needed to wait what felt like forever, made me feel good to know if I needed to be seen very quickly then they would take care of my needs. My appointment was for 10am. They asked me to show up 20 mins early to fill out the new patient packet. So I got there at 9:40am, finished filling the forms out at 10. Got called into a room at 10:45. My doctor came into my room at 11:07. And I was out and leaving by 11:25, by the time she looked over my file from my previous physician and asked me additional questions she needed for the rest of my file. All in all it was a long visit, yes. But at least I have an office to go to now if I'm sick, since NO ONE in the Myrtle Beach area was taking in new patients.
