Had an scheduled appointment and still waited in the waiting room for an hour. Did pass the blood pressure portion of the test cause I was upset for waiting and now I have to do the physical in a year. I would go up the road and pay the extra 10 bucks like I am going to do next year. read more

Their scheduling is efficient. They call you when they say they will. Procedures are done at the scheduled time and the pre-procedure intake is smooth beginning with sign in and very efficient in preparing for the procedure itself. All protocols designed to assure patient safety were clearly explained in easy-to-understand terms. The procedure team was professional and caring. Post-procedure needs were effectively managed and discharge/follow up instructions were clear. Preliminary results were available to take home and also immediately posted to the patient portal. All staff were friendly, compassionate, and professional in their demeanor throughout the whole process. This what they do, and they are good at it. The 7900 N. Kings Hwy. facility functions as a well-oiled machine. Or perhaps well-lubed.
