For example, despite the workload present upon arriving, I observed the intake professional taking the time to answer questions about the new check in process involving scanning of your driver license at the kiosk with another patient. Once in the back, and after notifying the professional that although I may be an "easy stick" I bruise easy and not a fan of the pain associated with it, she proceeded and accomplished the multiple vial draw with a level of success I wish other labs would achieve. Again, this is the same experience I have had for multiple visits to this particular site, which is why I continue to come back. If any of the professionals at this location reads this review, I can't thank you enough for making a not-so-pleasant experience execute without a hitch each and every time.

The staff at this location has always been freindly and helpful to me and I appreciate their help…read more I have been coming here for a few years now and I found a really great technician, who is caring and is helpful to me as I have hard veins to find and she has always done a great job taking my blood. I truly love her and pray that I will have her for a long time.
