After visiting this urgent care 100% understand why. The staff was amazing and very welcoming. I had no anxiety in the office whatsoever, the receptionist was very open to answering any questions I had and very patient with me. Along with the nurses assistant walking me through everything, and the nurse practitioner was very adamant about finding a solution to my problem. Which made me feel a lot of relief about the experience. This is one of the best urgent cares I've been to in my lifetime. I would recommend this experience to anyone if needed, of course.

I did not need emotional support; I needed people focused on dental health. I did not wait long for an appointment, which I am convinced prevented the development of an infection. I was quickly numbed after a brief but thorough examination, and the extraction was complete before my chair could get warm. The cost was reasonable and they will bill my insurance for reimbursement directly to me. Overall, I could not have asked for better care.

It was going to be a tough extraction as the roots were long and fragile. I was dreading it, but his staff was great as was Dr. Rollar. He worked hard getting it, but I felt no pain or panic at all. It was the beginning of many months of visits as a bone graft had to be done, months of healing time, several imagings done to monitor bone growth, the post for the implant had to be put in and then the bone allowed to grow around that. At each step, I was given clear information of what was to be done and why. The pricing was explained in full at the very beginning so there were no surprises. The staff was great and seemed well trained for their various positions. The imaging equipment was impressive, allowing me to view multiple views. By May of 2023, the implant post was ready for me to get my new tooth! A long journey, but very successful. I highly recommend this practice.

After struggling with the receptionist for the last two months just to get our daughters one year…read morewell check, we should have known that this was going to be a horrible experience. Our appointment was set for 2 pm, we showed up around 1:45. We weren't called back to see the doctor until 2:45, and then waited in the exam room another 30 min for the doctor to walk in. When he finally did arrive he made no form of introduction for himself, and then called our daughter a boy. I'm sure that's why he took a double take when he looked in her diaper. He finished examining her and told us a nurse would be in to give her her vaccinations. That was another 20 min wait. When she finally came in she checked no paper work to make sure that she was with the right patient. She had us sit our daughter on the table, we're used to holding her for shots, no sooner then was she on the table the nurse was sticking a needle in her leg. Luckily my daughter wasn't able to grab the needle and hurt herself pulling it out before my fiancée was able to grab her arms. After all this the nurse was in such a rush that she put the band aids close to an inch off of where she gave her a shot. Thankfully I noticed that there was blood on her arm before putting her back in her shirt. An appointment scheduled at 2 pm that shouldn't have taken no more than an hour lasted for two miserable hours. Oh did I mention that the exam room was so hot, my daughter who was only wearing diaper (along with the two of us), was sweating profusely. If you're limited as to where you can take your child because of insurance, as is our case, be prepared to be miserable.
