I had no anxiety in the office whatsoever, the receptionist was very open to answering any questions I had and very patient with me. Along with the nurses assistant walking me through everything, and the nurse practitioner was very adamant about finding a solution to my problem. Which made me feel a lot of relief about the experience. This is one of the best urgent cares I've been to in my lifetime. I would recommend this experience to anyone if needed, of course.

I was not given a chance to voice concerns or ask questions at the end of the visit. There was no clarifying questions asked about my family or personal health history. For example, I listed insomnia as a diagnosis. I am not taking any medication for it. No questions about how I am sleeping. I put down I had a pulmonary embolism 1.5 years ago with a positive family history, but no questions about why I am not taking a blood thinner. I have a recurring health issue, but no questions about that. No request to have my medical records sent. Did not ask if I needed refills (I didn't). This was a visit where information gathering was expected and important for upcoming care. I feel that opportunity was wasted. I was disappointed that this was a no go for me. I have had excellent providers the past 25 years plus, so maybe my expectations were unrealistic.

Every time I go there, I get a warm welcome, receive my treatment and leave feeling like a member of my healthcare family. This building has examining rooms, a procedure room and a lab, which is so convenient that you don't have to drive all over the place to get things done. This office is run like a fine tuned ship. No extensive waits, ever. A television is provided in the waiting room, as well as a convenient and clean restroom. When we hadn't heard anything we called them to check on it. They told us they hadn't gotten it. We then called Dr. Shore who ordered it and they resent it to them. Again they threw it away without telling anyone the situation. When we finally figured out what was happening and called Dr. Sherrell to schedule he can't get in until July. The whole thing is total negligence. They are risking my husbands life with it. Not a good experience by any means!

I have been waiting three weeks to have them call my mail in pharmacy for preauthorization of my diabetes medication. That pharmacy has been calling them for over a month. Nothing. I have called their office and left text and left voice messages about this too. Still no pre authorization! It is NOT good to be out of diabetes medication for so long. I have also been waiting for a week to have a different prescription sent to my local pharmacy. Again. Not done, despite my reminder calls to their office. This is not the first time this has happened either. I think I'll be better off at an urgent care.
