Losing a tooth is never a good experience. When there is not much left but roots when a crown gives way, you may need somewhere to go like this. I did not need emotional support; I needed people focused on dental health. I did not wait long for an appointment, which I am convinced prevented the development of an infection. I was quickly numbed after a brief but thorough examination, and the extraction was complete before my chair could get warm. I saw Dr. Rollar beginning Oct 2022 for the extraction of a tooth that had a prior root canal and crown, but had gone bad. It was going to be a tough extraction as the roots were long and fragile. I was dreading it, but his staff was great as was Dr. Rollar. He worked hard getting it, but I felt no pain or panic at all. It was the beginning of many months of visits as a bone graft had to be done, months of healing time, several imagings done to monitor bone growth, the post for the implant had to be put in and then the bone allowed to grow around that. At each step, I was given clear information of what was to be done and why. The pricing was explained in full at the very beginning so there were no surprises. The staff was great and seemed well trained for their various positions. The imaging equipment was impressive, allowing me to view multiple views. By May of 2023, the implant post was ready for me to get my new tooth! A long journey, but very successful. I highly recommend this practice. read more

I have really bad anxiety and the dentist is far from my favorite place. Dr. Rollar and his staff were amazing. They eased my fears and made me feel comfortable. I had a tough extraction with a complicated tooth who had an extra root and Dr. Rollar got it out and even fixed a mistake a previous dentist did. Hands down the only place I'll go to for oral surgery! Pricing was affordable and discussed up front. I wasn't charged anything I wasn't told about. All and all no issues. I have Nothing good to say about Dr Rollar. He is abrupt, arrogant and has No chair side manner at all! I was a patient of his, for a full mouth of implants. He put Two posts in, but when I went back to tell him that it didn't look right. There was a huge bump in back of it, he SAT across the room, and wouldn't even LOOK at my mouth. He arrogantly said, "It's fine." Meanwhile, another dentist said, I was right. That implant Failed! Don't waste your money or your time. I found Dr. Rollar and his staff to be friendly and helpful. They seem to be careful to inform me of costs as obviously that is important with expensive dental work such as oral surgery. The Dr. has always been friendly, informative, and easy to work with. We did two implants at one time and it went well so far. read more

If I could give this place no stars I would give them zero. I had an appointment setup at 9am on 10/19/15. I was called before then and I asked if they took care credit and my insurance. Well I asked what it would cost me and they estimated around $140 or $150. Well I went to the office today and filled all the paper work out and told them how I was paying. And they took my card then called me back up to tell that they won't take it because my bill is $150 and they only take it because they get charge to process the card by the bank so they need a minimum of $200. After I was told something different on the phone. I ask the Christi if she would honor what was told to me she said no. So I asked go speak to the dentist and she said he is busy all day. She was so rude to me and I believe it is stupid you tell me one thing on phone and another in person. Just wanted everyone to know how horrible the service was from one of his staff members. read more

Dishonest billing. The office staff is rude. We have insurance and they used the incorrect billing code so we would have to pay more out of pocket cost. If they had used the correct code for the treatment they were doing the insurance would have paid them less money. We confronted the office staff about changing the code to the correct one and they refused. Our insurance company agreed with us but could not do anything because they have to go by what the dentist tells them. They don't care about you or your cost only their bottom line. If you don't mind getting ripped off, go here. They have lost me and my family's business for life and we inform everyone we know about their dishonest business practice. read more
