She couldve gave a "hello, I'll be right with you" or something. I get she could've been busy, but I got nothing and then when she did speak to me, it was "What are you here for" and didn't even bother to look up and make eye contact. The nurse that took me back was not very friendly either or welcoming. Everyone just seemed pissy and rude.

I am new to Columbia and was needing a provider to see regularly. I googled and found Amy. Making…read morean appt was super easy, I filled out paperwork (printed at home) and took with me. Her office was small but quaint. The front desk lady was sweet and pleasant. Amy is so nice. She listened to what I was saying, we went over all my current meds and talked about my medical history, made an appt for the Fall, and discussed any current issues I was having. She was very down to earth and personable. I can't believe I found someone on the first try, having moved from Texas it took me 4 years there to find someone I liked. Amy was also non-judgmental too which is really refreshing. Thank you Amy Harris and Staff! I am so happy I found you!.

I had a diagnostic mammogram and ultrasound at Maury Regional Medical Center in May 2026…read more Everything seemed normal until we approached the imaging machine. The technician began ROUGHLY pushing me, shoving me, and yanking me from position to position during the exam. I explained to her that I have a severe neck injury and this was quite painful. She apologized, but was only very slightly less rough during the remainder of the exam. The most amazing thing was that the tech was being shadowed by a supervisor or trainer, who silently stood and watched this play out, failing to intervene or even make a suggestion to the tech even after I started crying from the pain. I will never return to MRMC for a mammogram in case I am assigned to this technician. I don't believe this is how you should treat a person in a vulnerable position, especially after they tell you they are injured.
