I visited this location after my PCP appointment today for some routine bloodwork. The experience…read morewas so fast and efficient that I couldn't believe it! I didn't have an appointment, so I was hoping they had time for a walk-in. As I entered through the door, I found a tablet propped up on the shelf at the receptionists area. The odd thing, though, is that there was no receptionist. The tablet is used to collect your name, phone number, and birthdate. I only sat in the waiting area a few minutes before I was called back to have my blood drawn. There were people before me, but they waited only a few minutes before they were called back. The Phlebotomist was courteous and skilled during the entire process. The whole process took less than ten minutes. I had a great experience here and I would encourage others to use this facility also! I will be back for future lab work needs.

No more Quest for me. I have used many times and often had bad experiences. Poor customer…read moreservice, bad communication, rude staff. They send numerous emails and texts reminding of the appointment but never mention in any of their electronic communication that patient must bring paper order (which I have never had to do before). Suddenly, today the technician wouldn't accept electronic version of doctor's order and insists (too late) that "you're supposed to know to print the order." There is too little competition for Quest in Western PA so they don't have to provide good patient service. I won't use Quest again.

I was in and out in 2 seconds. Fast, fast, fast. And no I ain't never been skeered 'o dem needles 'n 'at. Ya just gotta buck up for the sting. I lift too, so my veins are easy to find. Everytime I have something like this done, I always get a deep-voiced yinzer chick who sez, "Oooh you got big arms! Lookit dis guy!" And at the ungodly hour of 8 A.M. I needed a chuckle. So if you screw up at work, gotta pee in a cup, or need pricked for whatever test life throws at you, make an appointment here, online yet. Imagine that.

I would give this place and business as a whole 0 stars if I could. They are running an hour plus behind. Which is wonderful when fasting and having to cancell appointments after this.

Needles don't bother me, and I can usually watch painlessly as they retrieve the blood. The lady seemed nice enough but in a bit of a hurry. The initial poke to get my vein was fine, but after she started to fill the vials, it started to hurt like hell. Like she was rooter rooting my veins! After that I had to pee in a cup. No wipe was provided; they usually give a wet wipe for you to kind of clean your under carriage area to prevent contamination, but they did not, and I thought that was really weird. I thought I was being a big baby until my husband told me his experience. The girl who took his blood was in a crappy mood and gave him attitude for no reason! She jammed the needle in his arm, and he said it felt like she pierced straight through his vein! She's was a rooter, too! Please, retrain these ladies! It should not hurt like that!

I have been here for mammograms for 3 years. My doctor is in the same building which makes it nice…read more I can have my yearly check up and mammogram in one visit. The Main waiting room can sometimes be full but I have never waited longer than 5-10 minutes to be called for my mammogram. I have gotten the same technician each time. She is incredibly sweet. She takes you back to the office for mammograms. There is a changing room there with a place to put your shirt and bra. They have a waiting room in that office but I've never had to wait there. You are then taken back and the images are taken. It is done quickly but nicely. The tech keeps asking how you are doing. She checks after each image to make sure it's good before moving to the next one. When you are done you go back to the changing room and get dressed. I've also had a breast sonogram done there and it was done in the same manner. The technicians are very kind and explain everything before they take the images or do the sonogram. I highly recommend it.

They offer a vast array of medical services here including orthopedic and physical therapy. Since the physical therapy treatment I'm currently undergoing is a specialized program only certain centers offer the treatment that I need. This location is one of the few that offer it. Since this type of therapy is limited appts usually are scheduled far in advance to allow time to follow a treatment program. I'm given both professional and courteous treatment.
