So the nurse or whoever talks to you in beginning right before dr comes in shouldn't be working anymore she literally asked me at least 5 times in a row are you allergic to anything which between her which was already too much and the dr I was extremely angry. Then I'm telling you never experienced anything like this she says so you do drugs but the way she was with that hard to explain how it made me feel so I was literally about to be like you know what you got me at that point just to be a smart ass yes I take every thing there is just before I came in I put up my butt like what is wrong with you lady who does what you do and if you do this with everyone how hasn't anyone complained she was old probably way past retirement age but come on needless to say that experience was so horrendous I will definitely not be going back after all these years. They either need to have a talk with that lady or tell her she needs to retire or let her go. I had my whole evening planned but after that experience I was done for the night so did nothing got nothing done ruined whole night never expected that's why I went when I did went by previous experience.

Regarding this practice and specifically Dr. Parag Patel's staff:…read more 1) Called three times to follow up prescription refill to no avail. All went to voicemail. This is weight loss meds that should be administered weekly. We already missed one week 2) They will tell you to come back every 3 months or less for "follow up" checks. And of course, to maximize profit. 3) Bloodwork is done in their clinic which is convenient, but would charge additional for what is supposed to be 100% covered by insurance. 4) Will charge $30 for no-show, but will not send a single reminder either via text or email or call. And you can't dispute these charges. I wish I could also charge them for all the 'no-updates' and 'no-callbacks'. Already looking for a new Primary Doctor. Sigh.

The Good: Had a good experience with another Advocare office, so we choose this one when we moved…read morebecause it is a convenient location in Haddonfield with good parking. There is a small front lot and a larger rear lot. They also take a wide variety of insurance compared to other locations. The Bad: 15-20mins wait in waiting room after your appointment time, then 15-20mins wait in the exam room for 5-10min face time with a doctor or PA is usual. The worst: The scheduling process is a joke at times. Happens with well visits/routine vaccinations/flu shots appointment, when you arrive, they say it's a later time that day or some other day. Happened 3-4times in the last 5yrs. Really frustrating because we put the appointment in our phone as soon as we make them. Conclusion: Not all Advocare offices are equal. Skip this one if you value your time.

I have been receiving procedures at the Endo Center since 2012, and until now, my experiences have…read moregenerally been positive. As usual, the front desk staff were professional and courteous. Unfortunately, this was my first negative experience with the care I received following a procedure Dr.Patel and the anesthesiologist were both excellent. They were professional, attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout the procedure. Dr. Patel was also informed of the negative encounter I experienced afterward and was very supportive and responsive to my concerns, which I greatly appreciated While I was in the PACU recovering from my procedure, Nurse Jean attempted to assist me with getting up. I informed her that my arm was hurting and that I was unable to move my left arm\. Despite expressing my pain and concerns, I felt that my concerns were disregarded, and she continued insisting that I sit up in a manner that I experienced as aggressive and rude. I directly informed Nurse Jean that I felt she was being aggressive and rude and requested assistance from another nurse. Given that I had just undergone a procedure and was experiencing pain and difficulty moving my arm, I expected my concerns to be acknowledged and handled with greater patience, care, and compassion. Following this encounter, Nurse Jen, who assisted me in the Rejuvenation/Recovery area of the PACU, and Jan, the Director of Nursing, provided assistance. Both were very professional, attentive, compassionate, and respectful. I sincerely appreciate the care and professionalism they demonstrated following such an upsetting experience. Having received care at the Endo Center since 2012 without a negative experience like this, I was particularly disappointed by this encounter. I want to emphasize that the remainder of the staff, including the front desk staff, Dr. Patel, the anesthesiologist, Nurse Jen, and Jan, the Director of Nursing, provided excellent and professional care. I hope my concerns regarding my interaction with Nurse Jean are taken seriously and appropriately reviewed so that patients recovering from procedures are listened to and treated with patience, respect, and compassion, particularly when they communicate that they are experiencing pain or difficulty moving.
