Each visit, the staff is incredibly kind to everyone, including me! I've been here with a line of people out the door, packed waiting room (more common in mornings), but also in the afternoons when I have had no trouble walking right on back to a screening room for whatever test I needed. They do offer online scheduling for appointments on their website and they also allow you to wait in your car for a text when you're up next! If you have trouble with blood draws, they have a room where you can lay down on a bed, and they've even provided me small ice packs to put on my head/neck when I felt unwell. For longer tests, such as a three hour glucose screening, they've allowed me to wait in a room alone in a big comfy chair, rather than the public waiting room. 4 stars because it is very difficult to call this location to speak with someone.

You have wasted 11 minutes of your 'must get to the office 30 minutes before time. ' Well that was the beginning of my journey to this healthcare provider. I started writing the review frustrated by the fact that I was kept outside the Imaging Center. But then this review was flipped directly because once the doors were opened ... once I met the people ... well let's just say I never imagined getting an MRI was going to be such a positive experience. The tech team clearly knows what they are doing! The "clinic" is spotless and they do all that they can to put you at ease. I know that I am an easy patient so that it was easy for them to joke around with me but I could tell that these guys would be really good working with the large number of patients who get anxiety rushes merely at the thought of going into the tube! So, when I started the review I was sure they'd be lucky to get a 2 star review but as I walked out I knew that the review deserved 5 stars but I just couldn't go there because the doors should have been opened as soon as they saw a patient had arrived promptly as instructed ... 30 minutes before the scheduled time.
