I arrived a little earlier than expected, there were just 2 more people at the waiting room; there's a self check in kiosk there (you can also check in on your phone when you have an appointment). It was simple to use. The place was looking good, clean and comfortable. There's a screen there letting you know your turn. Right on time, I was called to go inside and get my sample. Ashley was very kind the whole time and gave me very clear instructions the whole process. I felt very comfortable and the experience was great. There were a ton more waiting outside or in their cars. Appointments were running 90 minutes behind, which is utterly ridiculous. When I was called back, the woman didn't say much, I would love to hear them apologize for the long wait, something, anything, but I digress. When I did finally get called back, I was done and out in 5 minutes. It was a shit show at that place and I'll never go there again. The irony? There was a tv on the wall in the waiting room that shows you everyone that's ahead of you, and they also play Quest BS, a voice that repeats over and over again that scheduling an appointment means you'll get called back at that time and have no wait.
