The waiting room is so small and there were so many people there it's as if we were squeezed in like a can of sardines. When I arrived, I counted 18 people in the waiting room waiting to be seen. There were a ton more waiting outside or in their cars. Appointments were running 90 minutes behind, which is utterly ridiculous. When I was called back, the woman didn't say much, I would love to hear them apologize for the long wait, something, anything, but I digress. When I did finally get called back, I was done and out in 5 minutes. It was a shit show at that place and I'll never go there again. The irony? There was a tv on the wall in the waiting room that shows you everyone that's ahead of you, and they also play Quest BS, a voice that repeats over and over again that scheduling an appointment means you'll get called back at that time and have no wait. I think the tech that helped me could tell. She had dreads and think her name was Gabby. Despite have multiple people walk in at the same time with a ton of questions (some very impatient) she was so kind. She tried to make a joke and I admittedly wasn't too friendly at first but she continued to chat. I wanted to send my appreciation to her. It's so easy for people to be rude and she was not.
