This location has the rudest and least helpful staff I've ever met. This morning I checked into this facility to have lab work done and my doctor hadn't sent the lab order over. Turned out it was on my phone, but the workers refused to help me by allowing me to print it off there. So rude and inhospitable. I will never go to that location again! I had to schedule to take a urine drug screen for my doctor. Made an appointment for a Monday at 12 pm. The waiting room is so small and there were so many people there it's as if we were squeezed in like a can of sardines. When I arrived, I counted 18 people in the waiting room waiting to be seen. There were a ton more waiting outside or in their cars. Appointments were running 90 minutes behind, which is utterly ridiculous. When I was called back, the woman didn't say much, I would love to hear them apologize for the long wait, something, anything, but I digress. When I did finally get called back, I was done and out in 5 minutes. It was a shit show at that place and I'll never go there again. The irony? There was a tv on the wall in the waiting room that shows you everyone that's ahead of you, and they also play Quest BS, a voice that repeats over and over again that scheduling an appointment means you'll get called back at that time and have no wait. Ok, so it's a quest diagnostics so it's never going to be a 5 star hotel, but I have been twice with great experiences both times. The phlebotomist I saw (first room on left) was excellent! Totally professional and made me feel comfortable. Sure, the waiting room is a bit dingy, but sign in system is efficient and clear. Seeing a talented and well trained phlebotomist trumps all of that. read more

The new trend of signing in on screens and not speaking with or seeing a person is very weird. The waiting room reminded me of many sci-fi books and movies - utilitarian and cold, not a place anyone wants to be for more than a few minutes, but I chose to stay there instead of going back to my car. I used this Quest location to pick up a specimen kit. I made an appointment for 9:00 and there were 7 people in the waiting room with me. The screen in the waiting room showed how many people had appointments in the next hour and how many people were waiting, and there were a lot. Why set appointments 10 minutes apart when you can't serve people in that short amount of time? Also, people coming for employment drug screenings were called in separately from the appointment schedule. I was on time for my 9:00 appointment but I wasn't called for my specimen kit pick up until 9:38. Once I was seen, everyone was professional and explained the procedures to me quickly and clearly, and it only took about 15 minutes to get me in and out. I chose this location because it had an open reservation in a short amount of time. I would probably use it again, but that waiting experience was very uncomfortable. read more

My wife and I went in for blood work, and everything seemed fine at first--until it wasn't. My wife ended up with a baseball-sized hematoma where the blood was drawn. As for me, they skipped part of the blood work I requested, so I had to go back for another draw. Unfortunately, the technician who drew my blood left me with a bruise, which was a first for me. The care was terrible and talking to some of the people was like talking to a confused kid. read more

I was able to book my appointment on the phone using an automated system on the same day (within the hour), and when I arrived, I saw that they had an iPad kiosk to check in. This kiosk scans your drivers license as well, you just have to place it straight on this contraption - minimizes errors bc your license fits perfectly in the right spot for the picture. It's pretty straightforward and it took me 2 mins to check in. My appt was at 2pm. The only thing is that if you have any questions prior to being seen, there is no front desk receptionist. Also, if you call the site, it's all automated - good luck getting someone in person. I can see how the process is more streamlined with the iPad kiosk check in, but I actually had a question prior to being seen. Either way, I was seen in no time, and was in and out within 20 mins. If you're looking for someone to hold your hand and walk you through everything, this is not the place. I was looking for an in and out experience and got it. 4 vs 5 stars bc this place definitely needs a good cleaning/sanitizing. It is what it is, though. read more

The waiting time was very short, and the office was very clean, but the person who did my blood work was incredibly inconsiderate. I cannot have blood taken from certain spots on my body. He ignored me saying this and took it from those places anyways, even though I repeatedly told him no. It sent me into a severe panic attack, and I was sent on my way to leave. It took me half an hour of sitting in my car to calm down enough to drive home. I am still struggling mentally from this incident, and I've had to increase my anti-depressant dosage. I just got hired for a new job that set up an appt for me at quest to get a drug screen and blood tb test. I was a little skeptical regarding service and time after reading all the horrible reviews but I had the complete opposite experience. My appt was scheduled for 1110 and I signed in at that exact time. Maybe 2-4 minutes later, Amy called me to the back. She took care of me for both test and delivered excellent service. I don't do well with needles but she was polite/professional, compassionate, and got me in & out! I walked out of the door by 1130! Overall an iffy experience. Went for a pre employment drug screen. Location is a bit small and the waiting room was a bit grimy. No appointment but checked in at a tablet and was able to wait in the car until I got a text for my turn. Timing said 25 min wait and was about dead on. Once called back went to a smaller room where a person collected some of my information and ID. Was then sent back to the waiting room until the sample was ready to be given. Probably a 5-10 min wait and was called back with someone who seemed like they sort of knew what they were doing. Walked back and forth in the back to get the cup and then to the restroom. I ended up with three labels I was told to hold be we never used. Went back and he took more info and sealed the sample in a bag and then a lock box. Main concern with the process was the personal info seemingly available to any quest employee. At least two were able to see SSN (which no idea why they need that) and then that with other info was printed in the form with the sample. Not sure having employees able to print multiple copies of that level of personal info is best practice for information security. Their website and app seem way behind, it still shows as not even in process (5 days of this writing) but employer said everything was all good. read more

The first thing I noticed about the place... the smell. It has a nasty stench. Once you get past that it's not all that bad. Though, the LabCorp lab across the street where I ended up in error definitely looks a lot nicer. I didn't have an appointment so had to wait my turn. Those with appointments were taken in to the back relatively quickly. The process per-say was standard. Not different from other places I have had bloodwork at. The center is conveniently located near other medical venues. The office is small and was very busy but luckily The option to sit in your call and wait was an option. The blood draw was organized and quick and I confirmed all my demographics were correct. The two stars is due to the process of receiving results. When I log onto the quest website it states that my results are ready but I cannot see them on my portal. I have called and the rep keeps saying she see them and don't know why I cannot see them. She said they would be mailed but they are not mailed either. It's been a continuous back and forth to the point that if you need your results immediately for other medical services you are seeking do not go to Quest. Pick a provider in which their portal actually works or they will provide your lab results. It's been over two weeks and I have had to delay a major procedure because my provider cannot obtain the results from quest. read more

Had an appointment at 7:40. Checked in online, sat down and received a confirmation text at 7:52. Waited almost an 40 mins. Decided to check the check in pad and it said I missed my appointment.. made a new appt for 8:30. By 9 I had to ask what was up. They told me I didn't show up for my first appt and they tried to call me, never received a call.. basically anyone I talked to about to didn't really care. I will never come to this location again. This was an interesting experience. I made an appointment online, pretty quick and straight forward. I was able to find the place with no problem. It is in the middle row of the business offices. 1st or 2nd suite on your left. I walked in and didn't read the instructions prior to checking in- so the check machine error'd out on me. The lady playfully helped me and reset it. She offered me water while I waited. I was taken to a room to wait. They told me it was some issues with inputting my information. Eventually they figured it out. I was moved to a room where the blood draw would occur. The man inputting my information was not competent. He was slow and after he asked if the information was correct and I said no ... he SAVED the information anyway. Smh. The lady drew my blood - no problems, minimum pain. Got it on the first stick. Next the guy asked me to electronically sign my name. And I asked him why. And he didn't even know why ... he made up some reason about consent to store information. When I read the screen it said sign to verify I saw them label my labs in front of me ... which they didn't. Overall a few corners were cut and I didn't like the shady practice. The lab draw was fine, but I would probably find another Quest. read more

I received an email saying my results were ready but when I went to the website and logged into my portal, the results were not available. The blood draw was great and the staff was excellent. But the follow-up with the test results was not good. Not sure if that is on the facility or the overall company. read more

Overall the experience wasn't the greatest due to insurance complications I was not able to get labs done. However, sasha lewis is an amazing person and had me feeling very jovial and calm the entire time. We made tons of jokes and talked for a bit and I could tell the entire staff was full of people who care about the person you are, not the money you give them. this is incredibly rare to find in the medical industry, and the entire reason i'm leaving a five star review even with no actual procedure done is because of people like sasha! She was amazing!!!! Definitely request her if you want a nice, laid back, explained in detail experience. Will be coming back here once i navigate through my legal insurance claim jargon just for sasha! read more
