Another kind staff member aided in my search for the perfect t shirt bra. Both staff members were very well informed and helped me find what I needed. When using the fitting room they also supplied a white t shirt (encased you'd like to see how the undergarments look under more sheer materials). I went in with very high expectations (after all the hype online for this local establishment). I'm SO SO HAPPY to report: that it's all true. They are fantastic at what they do. I browsed through, and a dress I had been wanting for months, just happened to be there in my size and color I was after. It was quite surprising, as I didn't think this location carried the Free People brand. I tried it on and it was perfect. I knew the original price was 118$ before tax, but the tag was ripped so I wasn't sure what the price was now. I took it up to the cash desk, (where I didn't have to wait long at all to be helped ) and it rang in at 59.99$ so half price ! Then after I paid my bill, and the dress, I saw that another 9$ was deducted. So I saved 70$ ! I was beyond excited! I plan on going back tomorrow to see what other good deals they have. FYI you can't call, it's text only. I got an email sent an email with NO reply. After a week of sending the email Via text I was told too bad I will not be getting my money back. I understand shit happens but have some better customer service skills when dealing with people. And tell your managers to read an email so they are not telling customers the wrong information.
