My order had not even been started despite them already having the printed order. I had also called about 30 minutes before ordering to verify the ingredients and mentioned I would be coming after a vet appointment across the street. I had my pet with me and still needed to stop at the pharmacy, take her home, and get to class, so I ended up standing outside while keeping my car running with the AC for her while they made an order that was already supposed to be ready. The staff were not rude, but that does not change the poor service. If you provide customers with a pickup time, especially when they arrive after that time, the order should at least be in progress. I hope there is better attention to online orders and more accurate communication about pickup times going forward. As a first time customer, this was an impression I can't forget. I'm not sure if I would come back.

I was excited to try our RAD juice since an account I follow on Instagram raved about them…read more However, I was disappointed with the overall experience. I ordered the 12oz Oside mix bowl and my mom ordered the 24oz Berry Blast with peanut butter. There were two employees there on the day that we went. I had to tell the person taking our order that we wanted to add peanut butter to the Berry bowl multiple times because he wasnt adding it (I could see it on the screen). My mom and I then sat outside to wait. When our order was ready, my bowl was fine but hers was the wrong size. It was the 16oz and they did not add peanut butter, even though I asked for it multiple times. When I brought it up to the employee, he said it was the 24oz. I told him it wasn't since they have the containers by the register labeled with the size and I could clearly see the second bowl was the wrong size. He finally asked his coworker and she confirmed what I had been saying. He immediately started remaking the second bowl. I understand that there is a learning curve when you're new so I was trying to not be upset about him telling me I was wrong. Anyways, when the second bowl was finally done, we noticed there was barely any fruit and toppings on it. Since I was waiting inside this time, I was able to notice that there were flies all over the place. Especially near the prep area, on the fruit, etc. I would recommend they keep their doors closed to prevent this from happening. Overall, I was not impressed after spending $30 and probably won't be back. I wish them luck and hope they are able to get it together.
