Love this place. The chips and queso are the BEST! Perfectly seasoned crispy tortilla chips with…read moredelicious queso. We always devour every single bite. My husband likes getting a variety of tacos - al pastor, barbacoa, shrimp, or carnitas. My favorite is the rajas bowl - tasty cactus, peppers, black beans, lettuce, and pico. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is the wild inconsistency in these bowls. I've had it over 10 times and you never really know what you're going to get. Sometimes it has avocado, sometimes rice or beans, sometimes lettuce is soggy on the bottom but sometimes sprinkled on top, sometimes hominy, one time they even added refried beans. It's totally dealer's choice of whoever happens to be assembling it in the kitchen on any given day. Nevertheless, I'll keep coming back!

We need rested for pickup, and I waited in the car, so no review on the inside. The flavors of the…read moretacos are fantastic! The crispy chicken and wet taco were phenomenal, 10/10 and I will absolutely come back for more! The chips and queso were decent, could've been a bit more salty for the chips. The parking is of course always a zoo in this area, but oh well. Our only comment is that you don't get much for the price, 3 tacos left my fiancé wanting a fourth to get full (which would be $20+ for one meal). Well def get this as a snacky or appetizer again:)

Just from walking in, I KNEW the food was going to be good! First off, they have a big parking lot,…read moreso wanted to cover that first. The place was packed with people, which is a great sign to me. We had to wait a bit to be seated, but it was definitely worth it. Our server was busy with numerous tables, but she honestly did a great job! They brought nachos and sauce while we looked at the menu and was helpful with suggestions. Our tacos were these deep fried cheese Birria tacos and they were AMAZING!! Beans and rice on the side is always a must in my book. Overall, great taco spot if you're looking for authentic in my opinion. -Anthony

Our neighbors recommended us this spot, so my partner and I came here one night for dinner on a…read morerandom occasion, and unfortunately ended up having a relatively subpar dining experience. To begin with, our table and the menus given to us were very dirty and had lots of visible food tidbits, which made us have to clean things up a bit ourselves. That was okay, though, because I have experienced worse and wouldn't choose to let it impact my judgment to such an extent. I thought the only item that was solid was my lengua torta, which had a good amount of stuff inside ranging from meat to lettuce to mayo, and made me full in a very satisfactory way. A lot of the tacos were dry and reliant on the lime for a little bit of juice, including the birria tacos. My partner ordered the chicken, shrimp, and fish tacos, and thought they all tasted mediocre. Personally I enjoyed having some radishes because they cleansed my palate when needed. Another unfortunate event was that later that night, I experienced a severe stomachache and had to throw up. Granted, I have not tried their birria with consomé yet, which per my understanding was what made them famous since the beginning of time, at least according to a piece of newspaper I had seen next to the bathroom. Next time when I visit, I will try such instead, which I hope can provide me with an improved experience.

Orale will definitely become one of my new go-to spots!…read more I got the swimming burrito with carne asada and my partner got the swimming burrito with carnitas. Both were good, I would definitely recommend the carne asada. We also got chips and guac. The guacamole had a strong lime taste and was so unbelievably delicious, I would go back just for the guac. There is a small parking lot in front of the restaurant and a ton of street parking. The staff were very nice and helpful. We ordered at the kiosk and they brought our food to our table. It looked like the bartender also waits on the tables in the back. There's a section of the restaurant that's a bit loud, but we easily found a spot to sit in a quieter area.

The food is pretty decent. I lived in Querétaro, Mexico, and spent 8 years in Phoenix, so I know…read morethe difference between authentic and Americanized Mexican food; this is firmly the latter. It's a bit whitewashed and leans more Cal-Mex than anything you'd find in Mexico, but I'm not complaining. I love a good California burrito and asada fries, so this style has its place (especially in Minnesota). Service can be slow. It took us about an hour to get two burritos yesterday and the restaurant didn't look busy. Maybe they were just short staffed. My main issue is the salsa. They limit you to one packet per person, and it's not the slightest bit spicy. And where are the limes? This place desperately needs a salsa bar with real options and some heat. Bump up the salsa selection and stop rationing it, and this would be a solid spot. For now, I'll keep getting this to go and buying my own salsa and limes.
