The tres leches latte was okay, it was just milky coffee which considering its tres leches seems about right. I preferred the cookie butter latte as it had a stronger taste of the flavoring. Although I will say we got two cookie butter lattes one with oatmilk one with regular milk and in the oatmilk one the cookie flavor was much more prominent so I would recommend getting oatmilk in it, if you decide to try it. The lemonade pie was really though, I always enjoy the baked goods they have. We went through the drive thru, and were the only ones in line at the time so we were greeted and serviced fairly quickly.

Orders placed through the app are almost never ready by the time you arrive, so you still have to wait for your order to be made. On 09/29, I attempted to use their 50% off promotion through the app(which only applied to the 2nd drink) I understand it's a small business, but there appeared to be a system issue. I went into the store and was told there was an issue, so I reached out to ask if the promotion could be honored tomorrow since I had genuinely attempted to use it while it was valid. I was simply told that it was only valid for today.I had no solution to my problem and I was left on read. I understand promotions have rules, but when a customer makes an effort to use a promotion during the valid period and a system issue comes up, I believe good customer service would involve trying to make it right. As a customer, the way this was handled felt less like good customer service and more like prioritizing the money over the customer. I had still purchased both do my drinks paid full price with no problem. It's honestly sad because I wanted to continue supporting a small, faith-based business, but experiences like this make me reconsider where I spend my money. Poor customer service can really change the way customers view a business, regardless of what the business stands for.

The grilled cheese is made with sourdough bread and cooked in a waffle iron. It has these little crispy bits that are heavenly.
