The paella is served in 2 person portions since we were 3 we had to order either 1 pan or 2 pans. We ended up getting 2 pans. The food did take alot of time to prepare as they are made fresh to order. We order black squid ink paella and the seafood paella. The black paella was really good and taste was on point. The seafood paella was too salty and we had to drink alot of water after our meal. We did encounter an issue with our order they brought some croquettes and hot peppers to our table. We did not order them and asked them to take it away. Overall the meal was good but if I had a chance to redo it I should have tried the duck paella or the Valencia paella (rabbit and chicken). The texture was great, browned to perfection and just a little bit of spring to the fish. Pair it with a couple cold beers and you would struggle to find a better lunch. Quantity: Massive portions. So we went there and had tapas and sangrias. The fresh tapas come out like every 5-6 minutes the servers will walk the fresh plate to every table and put what ever was left on the bar counter where the other tapas are. So pretty much you sit where you want or ask a server to be polite, then you sit order drinks and if you want the tapas from the bar - they are self serve or as I mentioned the fresh from the kitchen warm tapas will come from the kitchen and a server will come to your table and offer them. You will be charged by how many food picks or spoons are on your table and that's it. It's super easy and quick. Our parties favorites were the burger tapa, the croquetas, and the chorizo tapa. Personally I also really enjoyed the sausage tapa, pizza tapa and the anchovies tapa. Ask the waiter behind the counter for any recommendations.
