When the time comes when you realize that pizzas and guys hawking the menus to tourists isn't why you left NY, Edinburgh, Oslo ( you pick it) and came to Rome, and want a low key, interesting, local restaurant that has wonderful food ; a mix of what I would call Roman, traditional Italian ( no idea about that as I wrote it) and a touch of something different all rolled into a small, calming, no-rush environment with a very good wine list, then try this restaurant. Skip the scrum around Navona or the mess that's campo Fiori and try this for a change. read more
