What a gem this place is. It's located in a beautiful building that was once an old church. High ceilings, beautiful decor, warm and inviting with two outdoor areas for dining al fresco.
Family owned and operated, the service is excellent and you're made to feel one of the family.
The food, the portions, all generous for being a tapas restaurant. So skillfully prepared and delicious. Our group ordered squid (fresh and tender), the cheese plate, auburgine (fried with a sweet sauce drizzled on top) , fried potatoes, meatballs, exquisite anchovies, salad and an omelette. Everything was superb. Highly recommend the churros for dessert (to die for!)
My sister lives in Maidstone and I am just visiting but l would definitely return on a future trip. This place is not to be missed. read more
