Le temps de chercher mon document, environ 2,50 $ s'est envolé -- à 0,35 $ la minute, sans que je n'aie encore rien imprimé. Puis, au moment d'imprimer, je découvre que l'impression coûte 3 $, mais il ne me reste déjà plus assez de fonds. Il faut donc quitter la session, redéposer de l'argent, puis recommencer le processus. Et le comble : quand j'ai voulu demander de l'aide à un employé, on m'a dit que je devais payer 7 $ pour avoir de l'assistance. Sérieusement ? On paie déjà pour utiliser les machines, et maintenant on doit aussi payer pour que les employés fassent leur travail ? Qui les paie alors ? Nous ou la compagnie ?
