D'abord, le système fonctionne à la minute. On te demande combien tu veux déposer sur ton compte d'impression. J'ai choisi 5 $, pensant que ce serait suffisant. Le temps de chercher mon document, environ 2,50 $ s'est envolé -- à 0,35 $ la minute, sans que je n'aie encore rien imprimé. Puis, au moment d'imprimer, je découvre que l'impression coûte 3 $, mais il ne me reste déjà plus assez de fonds. Il faut donc quitter la session, redéposer de l'argent, puis recommencer le processus. Et le comble : quand j'ai voulu demander de l'aide à un employé, on m'a dit que je devais payer 7 $ pour avoir de l'assistance. Sérieusement ? On paie déjà pour utiliser les machines, et maintenant on doit aussi payer pour que les employés fassent leur travail ? Qui les paie alors ? Nous ou la compagnie ? Honnêtement, c'est le pire service à la clientèle que j'ai vu de ma vie. Aucune flexibilité, aucune compréhension, aucun bon sens dans ce système.

I had concerns about my order and contacted them via email after submitting my order: Guy Filion promptly responded and addressed all of my concerns. The order arrived in good condition and was complete. I feel compelled to point out the extraordinary care that was taken by the person packaging my order: Every void was filled with bubble wrap, even within the manufacturers' boxes, to ensure that the glass bottles were secure and fully immobilized! Additionally, every ink bottle was placed in its own sealed plastic bag to contain leaks, should there be any. Then, everything was double packaged in bubble wrap! This is exceptional attention to detail and I appreciate this very much. I highly recommend Stylo.ca.

Sorry sir, you have to WAIT 48 hours to do a return, our system does not allow AN INSTANT return. I went back in the store, 48 hours later, processed the return and told it will take up to 5 business days to receive the refund, so NOT INSTANT? Clearly this business is not on the samw level as their competitors where you can buy, return and get refunded instantly! Last time I do business with an outdated system!!

At checkout, the…read moreagent recommended a Flexiti card, explaining that there was no annual charge and that I would have up to 12 months without interest, with only minimum payments required. What was not clearly disclosed to me were the full terms and conditions. Yes, I signed the application, but like many customers, I trusted the representative's explanation and did not have the time to read all the fine print. Later, when I raised my concerns, Zakia (a manager at Flexiti) told me that since I signed, I was bound to the terms. My advice: do not rely solely on what the sales agent or representative tells you--always read every document carefully before signing. I am sharing this so others don't fall into the same situation.
