The owner and his staff of welcoming and friendly and are there to explain the menu and even gave us some sample to try. First dish was the hummus. I tried the chicken shawarma on saj, and was happy to see the wrap come as a thin roll, with the essential fillings only (no lettuce, tomato, etc.). The crisp crunch of the grilled saj made every bite a pleasure. The thin bread cracks away with the creamy toum and pickles bringing great flavour to the savoury meat. I would probably try beef next.
