Everything was perfectly executed and presented. The bottle of Canonau (traditional Sardinian red wine) that was recommended to us turned out to be the perfect choice. After our dinner we we're offered a tasty local digestive on the house. We're looking forward to returning to Vechia Ilva!

Not too creamy, but the crispy pancetta/bacon was full of flavor. It was a very good late lunch. The service was a little slow but understandable since a lot of places close around 14:30 and open up again in the evening about 18:00. They were extremely busy. We ate in the air conditioned inside area and I could see the chefs whipping up the wonderful food.
