The pork belly marinated in lime was tasty but the fresh Mackerel stole the show! The Truffled eggs with foie and mushrooms was finished table-side and was amazing. While all of the food was great, for me the codfish was hands-down the star of the show and probably one of the best dishes that I ate on the trip.
