    Chicharrón con queso Pupusa.

I ordered 2 Pupusas with chicharrón and cheese . They tasted like a big thick corn tortilla quesadilla. Both Pupusas tasted like cheese only with No chicharrón. Very disappointing. They were also expensive $5.75 each.

Very good food, I love the Pupusas here and very friendly! They also have a drive thru. Which is awesome

This place is large Inside! Large on friendliness and seating! I was warmly greeted, and decided to dine in. Ice cold water to quench this heat wave we are having, was greatly appreciated. I watched the fútbol, while browsing the menu. With 3 screens, almost anywhere is a good seat. Browsing the menu, pupusa's are the show stopper, but I was craving a torta. The house recommended to start with a bean and cheese pupusa. And then went back and gathered salsa and curtido, seasoned cabbage. The pairing was delightful, and really could make a meal out of one pupusa easily. That is not ketchup in the bottle, but a very well blended tomato salsa, that was refreshing. As a glutton for punishment, I really should of taken the torta home... So beautiful on the plate, I could not bear to leave it to get cold. I am happy I strived on, the asada was cohpped and melted together in cheese, fresh beans and even fresher lettuce, onions and tomatoes accompanied. The steak fries were huge, but perfectly cooked. I actually ended up dipping them in the provided house hot sauce. Mmm the light burn.... There is ample parking around the location, and even has a drive through, but I would recommend that for a pre order pickup. Treat yourself and your whole family, they will easily fit in this hidden gem.

Gives you an idea of the size of the pupusas.

I miss having plenty of Salvie places in Socal, not so much in Central Cali. the pupusas were very flavorful and the staff very nice. I will go back their pupusas are $5.25 a piece.

Walked in and the staff was very friendly. The food was good and it was brought out quickly. Definitely coming again. I tried the revuelta & bean/cheese pupusas 10/10. The curtido was good as well.

Threw about 9 pupusas away after getting severely sick with diarrhea. More then half of my order.

Got sick right after eating a couple of pupusas, if the owner is reading this review, take pride in what you serve. Curtido tasted a little old, and the chicharron on the pupusas tasted like it was mixed with carne asada. It's been 5 days and we are still sick with diarrhea. Called the following day to let them know what had happened, lady took my number down and advised someone would be calling me back. I never received a call, wasn't looking for a refund, but an explanation or apology would have worked for me. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT AT ALL!!!! Go elsewhere, $81 for spoiled pupusas is an insult with injury.

We really enjoyed our experience here. My wife had two pupusas; one was potatoes and chorizo and the other steak and cheese. I had the two pupusas with beans and rice. I had the Revuelta pork cheese and beans pupusas. For our beverages she had a Diet Coke and I had Tona Lager Especial from Nicaragua. The service here is great and we left happily and full.

Although I don't have any basis for comparison in regards to authenticity, I really like the cheese & loroco pupusas here.

Popusas lacked flavor, not enough filing. The curtido was tasteless. The Doug was not well cooked.

The pupusas were ok. Flavor was a little bland. All though they were big, they were very flat with not much filling.

Great pupusas and great service! I got a bean, spinach and cheese, and cheese pupusa. I enjoyed the flavor of the salsa and slaw.

Because of that, I also understand it's my personal responsibility and discretion when choosing where to eat. Not every restaurant is able to operate as a completely gluten-free facility or disclose every detail of proprietary family recipes, and that is ultimately the restaurant owner's choice. As someone who manages my own medical condition and sensitivities, I can recognize that accommodations may be limited depending on how a business operates. In my personal experience, El Patio has always been professional, respectful, and welcoming. The atmosphere is warm, inviting, and family-oriented. I have never felt dismissed or mistreated here. I can genuinely feel how much care, hard work, and pride go into both the food and the family recipes. I'm proud to support this family-owned business and appreciate the honesty they provide about what they can and cannot accommodate. As someone navigating my own health struggles, I believe respect and personal accountability are important for me to have when dining out with my own dietary restrictions. Thank you El Patio!
