For €13 and following the waiter's recommendations, I had a beer, a quite sizeable appetizer of black rice with cuttlefish (I would say meal-sized), an entrée of "Tostón", fried suckling pig served with tast potatoes, and finally, a large portion of lemon bar with fresh fruit to garnish. Service was attentive and friendly. Would definitely recommend!!

I was surprised at how cheap tapas were, great value for money. They have both the tapas that come for free when you order a 'caña' (small beer) that are on display in the bar and the more elaborated tapas that for 2-3 euros they prepare in the moment for you, I loved those! they were definitely the best (I posted a picture of those with prices included). What was major for me and my friend was that their menu was in English too (both the tapas and the dinner menu!!). If you are in Salamanca, don't miss this spot! It is not as touristy as the ones in Plaza Mayor (Major Square) and for this reason, the food is of higher quality! Definitely one of the best home-style food in Salamanca, don't miss it!!

Several outdoor tables, attentive waiter service and good geared toward most tourists - my companion opted for a steak with eggs and French fries : huge portion but she said her steak was tough. I got a theee course Plato de dia : the first was a revuelto or scrambled eggs with garlic chives , followed by slow roasted pork with a sweet sauce and lastly a custard made in the local style -it was a large portion again! I wanted to try the business across from it which was for takeaway Argentinian empanadas but there was no room for more food!

The order of croquettes is probably meant for three or four people, and for two people there were too many of them we couldn't eat them all. We shared a monk fish main plate after all that and it was also very tasty. The potatoes were a little plain that came with it but otherwise really good. Service was OK, it was very difficult to get the waiters attention when we finally wanted to leave and even after asking for the check.
