Decided to take the time to enjoy this Michelin starred (in 2020) restaurant on my last day in Avoriaz.
Ordered Seared Tuna for an Appetizer. There was also a complementary Salmon Tartare.
Salmon Tartare - 5/5 - excellent! No complaints here.
Seared Tuna - 4/5 - very good! The soy sauce is a bit salty, so I recommend going light on dabbing it.
Crispy Veal Sweetbreads - 4.5/5 - delicious! Soft and tender, presented delightfully on a bed of spinach
Le Chocolat-Caramel de La Réserve - 5/5 - absolute perfection! It's hard to recall a more tasty chocolate dessert. The little chocolate biscuits are delicious and the overall dessert is tasty without being overwhelmingly sweet.

Sparkling water - 5/5 - "BADOIT" - no complaints from me here!
Complementary Bread - 4/5 - not warmed up and no butter, but I was pleasantly surprised how eatable it is, as is
Mashed Potato - 4/5 - nice free side w/the veal sweetbread. Perfectly cooked and creamy, just lacking in some salt and pepper.
Overall: awesome meal! A bit pricey, but great for a guaranteed minimum standard of quality read more
