It saved me so much time and was incredibly convenient. The office itself is always immaculately clean, the staff are professional yet warm, and the overall experience feels like everything is done at the highest level. Every time I come here, I leave with a smile (literally and figuratively). It's rare to find a dental office where you actually look forward to your next appointment, but this is one of those places!

My daughter recently had a bicycle accident causing trauma to three of her upper permanent teeth. So scary! Dr Khan and her team were absolutely amazing, they stayed open late to see us right away and got my daughters teeth back into place. (Not an easy task) Dr Khan did additional preventative measures as she has a mix of primary and permanent teeth. We now have a plan for our future treatment and things are going better than we thought they would. I credit this all to Dr Khan and her team for the efficient emergency repairs and follow up. Fantastic and family friendly practice...highly recommend.

Three months later the infection returned and another root canal was done. Three months after that one the infection returned. Went to the ER. They prescribed my some antibiotics. A week later I was able to get in to see her. With both root canals she could not get the area numb. Both times I came out of the chair with tears in my eyes because the procedure hurt so bad. I was referred to a specialist that said there were still nerves in both teeth and one tooth still had a canal that was not done. So after two root canals, two crowns, I have to pay another dentist over $4,000 to fix what she missed. I will not go back and I would not recommend anyone to seek treatment there. I paid to much in pain and money for two root canal's that were done incorrectly.

During the exam, one tooth was extremely painful when tapped, while the tooth next to it appeared to be the one causing concern from a dental standpoint. I remember explaining how much pain I was in because the tooth that hurt was agonizing when touched. I understand dentists have to rely on their training, exams, and X-rays, and I also understand they have to be careful when discussing pain medication. However, I left feeling like my pain was not fully believed or taken seriously. I remember asking for pain relief because I was hurting so badly, and I left feeling judged rather than understood. Although this happened more than ten years ago, it has stayed with me because of how I felt during that visit. What I remember most was not the procedure itself, but feeling dismissed when I was genuinely hurting. The dental work itself may have been perfectly fine, but the way a patient feels during a difficult and painful experience can stay with them for years. My hope is that all patients are treated with compassion and that providers remember there are people who truly are suffering and simply looking for relief and understanding.

I saw Dr. Olga and her dental assistant Gosia. They took X-rays, including a panoramic X-ray, and examined my teeth. They even used a device which created an digital model of my teeth! This is definitely a top of the line dental office! We discussed a path forward to clean my teeth, replace my missing molar, and even straighten my teeth. They were so nice and explained everything in terms I could understand. Everyone there, including the front desk folks, were so wonderful to me. I left Petrie Advanced Dentist with a plan to get my smile back and better than ever! I'll keep posting as I continue my journey!

SHOCKINGLY TO ME: a crown is removed, a brand new one created, and installed IN ONE APPOINTMENT! Today's technology used at Petrie uses a camera to 3d your crown and tooth area and the result: perfect. Prior history, I had to have the crown adjusted when high points become noticed. Here, my crown is the best fit ever in my life and at one appointment. Prior replacements required two appointments and more work to create a crown. Reminders are nicely made to avoid forgetting an appointment too. Simply a happy customer for a good reason: nothing could be done better.

The staff were all very kind and understanding and professional. The Dr. was quick and efficient but also friendly. Next time I need attention I'll go there again, only I won't wait so long to make an appointment! =)

Dr Hsieh stopped my service mid extraction around 6:35pm and came after the other patients full…read moretreatment at around 7:10ish to finally numb and finish my service... This place was promising until I sat in the chair. It was I and another patient in the next chair the Dr was seeing. We both had gotten numb at the same time since I was first appointment they worked on me first. BUT THEN the Dr and assistant left mid extraction and helped the other patient with his full treatment (extraction and bone density). Yup, the Dr said 'oh it's starting to get loose.' The Assistant put gauze in my mouth then they left me for the other patients whole service. Couple mins later, I began to feel pain and my gauze is filled with saliva and blood. I've been left mid extraction for 10+ mins tears rolling down my cheeks and they have not noticed. I try to get their attention but they are not looking even when I make grunting noises due to the pain. Since the Dr and assistant wasn't paying any mind to me, I had to text my bf who was in the waiting room to ask the front desk to tell the Dr that I'm in pain. The front desk lady did, she came to me and said 'They'll get to you when they find a break with the other patient.' LIKE WHAT? I finally got the assistant's attention couple mins after the front desk lady, but the assistant said the same thing, 'when we find a break we'll numb you' while I'm here in pain. I didn't pay hundreds of dollars to be left mid service and to be given this type of treatment especially in an emergency situation. All they kept saying is that they're coming. This was the WORST extraction I have ever ever experienced. What Dr leaves a patient mid extraction whilst the tooth is already pulled out of the crevice yet hanging and not fully removed. 20+mins later in pain and AFTER they had completed the other patient's WHOLE extraction and bone density treatment is when Dr comes back to me as I was wiping away tears. I was still very kind and patient even though I wanted to just leave and cry. But how could I when she had already 'halfway-ish' pulled the tooth out but not completely. Overall, very stressful experience. I feel like my blood pressure raised due to this appointment.. The area is very sore due to all the tugging, pushing and pulling. More sore than when I had a tooth extracted on the opposite side couple months before. I have never had a bad service like this before with any dentist I've had in the past. I thought it would be better than Dr Foto but oh goodness was I wrong. The staff and Dr Hsieh are so sweet too! They are very patient and hilarious. They have amazing personalities and the Dr made me feel so safe in the beginning. I had asked for her advice on what to do with my problem. I trusted her. That's what sucks, I love them but how my treatment went was just horrible and traumatizing.... The office is clean and plenty of parking. Clean restroom too. Sometimes our mouths change and adapt in ways we don't anticipate, and although the process has been frustrating at times, I've never felt like the team stopped trying to find the best solution. What has stood out to me most is Dr. Kang's commitment to doing things thoroughly rather than taking the easiest or fastest route. She's been willing to reassess my bite, remake crowns when she wasn't completely satisfied with them, and continue working toward a result that feels right instead of settling for "good enough."
