Parked on the 2nd level then took the elevator to the lobby. The ice skating rink size is just perfect. Not too big and not too small. It was also nice that it wasn't busy nor congested. Perfect time for us to go. Nayeli the young lady that checked us in was nice and welcomed us. She scanned us in and the young man handed us our validation for parking. We headed over to the skates section to pick up our skates. From there, our ice skating adventure began. The 2 young ladies at the skate counter was also very sweet. This fun event for the holiday is open until January 3rd. We plan to come back next week.

They are not waiting to get in, they most likely just finished their game/session and are all just talking.

We also had a Halloween themed party and brought our own food and hot chocolate, and the staff was completely accommodating. It made the whole experience even more special. The entire staff was kind, organized, and super helpful. They made check-in simple by handing out wristbands for our guests and letting us set up the party room without any stress. We had a lot of kids who didn't know how to skate, and the blue dolphins were a lifesaver they helped so much and kept the kids confident and moving on the ice. Everything was fantastic.
