In the Summer there is a little courtyard outside that lets just enough sun shine through the vines and if it was a few degrees hotter, you could shut your eyes and think you were in Tossa Del Marr. There's a good deal of choice on the menu here, I've tried most of it and in my opinion, you can't beat the paella. Complemented by a variety of interesting beverages that includes imported Spanish cider (and the Pedro Ximenes won't have run out next time). Not cheap dining but super quality and interesting food. I cannot explain the homemade Cavier, for a chemistry degree is required, but delicious comes to mind. The devotion to cooking well is without comparison for me. Moma deserves many accolades, but I hope he is happy without Michelin recognizing his food....for I fear I may never get in again.
