After using my $600 bag for a few months it's fraying inside. The leather looks great but the finish and details are not on par with even the most commercial US brands like Coach. For example my bag came in a cheap dust cover, the lining is a cotton burlap that will easily stain. A comparably priced bag like Voach's Empire would certainly give this one a run for its money. This is a good leather product that doesn't live up to its luxury branding and pricing. I wouldn't buy again at this price point. But it has my initials! And it reminds me of beautiful Firenze. When I emailed them requesting information about when I would likely receive them at the beginning of July, they also did not respond. Since I have hadn't received the boots that I have paid for, I disputed the claim with my credit card company. They are now saying that I received the boots at the time of purchase.
