However, I wanted another pair of boots that they did not have in my size and would have to make them. They told me that they would make the boots and ship them to me in the US. The additional charge was 50 Euro to have it shipped to me. They stated to me that they would email me once my boots had shipped in about 4 to 6 weeks. I never received that email. When I emailed them requesting information about when I would likely receive them at the beginning of July, they also did not respond. Since I have hadn't received the boots that I have paid for, I disputed the claim with my credit card company. They are now saying that I received the boots at the time of purchase. I have 2 witnesses that I did not. Buyers beware! Buy on site only!!!

Maybe it was a bad day, but the lady at reception intentionally took someone else before me (the other customer refused to go first because they saw that I was waiting,) then the reception lady made fun of the fact that I had translated my shoe repair needs into Italian, and wrote them down on paper. I was then quoted a very high price that caused one of the local customers to pull me aside and note how high the quote was. I took my business right up the street, and I was treated well, so well, that I had 3 repairs done for the price of one repair here. The lady at the front desk is crushing this business.
