Courtney at GBY not only does incredible work, making her guest feel comfortable and placing each lash with care, but the formulation in the glue she uses has been the best I've ever received. I am a sweater and honestly not 100% at taking off my makeup and the lashes have such little fallout. Constantly I'm getting questions of whether my lashes are real and I never miss a chance to shout out Courtney. I was so impressed that I went ahead and dove into their other services and everything had been stellar: spray tans from Kendra making me glow during wedding season, Courtney's expertly crafted microblading, waxing, and more. The whole shop feels like home, smells like heaven, and keeps you coming back not only because you feel like a million bucks afterwards but because you're now a GBY babe, a member of the family. Jin is very detailed oriented, he took his time mapping out both my eyebrows and lips. The eyebrow tattoo wasn't painful at all, I almost fell asleep while he was working on me. The lip blush for the most part wasn't too painful, it felt like rolling a microneedle roller over my lips. The part that did hurt a bit was the inner lip since no numbing cream can be applied there. I absolutely loved the results! I'm looking forward for it to heal and turn into a more natural color.

Just try it and you'll know. I'm serious. It's been already a few YEARS since I got permanent cosmetics and eyelash extension services from Helen and she's never ever disappointed me once! Helen is the best technician in Koreatown, who is certified - to my surprise, there were so many uncertified technicians out there - and has skills and really knows how to do it. Personally, it was a pain in the ass to shape and draw eyebrows which ended up being painfully unbalanced and odd and get frustrated by them every morning when I put my makeup. Helen literally gave me a new life for now I'm not even bothered by drawing eyebrows but still having perfect shapes at all times! ;) Helen gives a very thorough consultation about the design before doing the procedure to know what you exactly want. No need to mention that she has skills too to give you exactly what you want and make the best look. Her eyelash extension is more than amazing too! Again, Helen is very thorough about her design to make you look the best and I'm always impressed by how natural and beautiful my lashes become after I get the extension from her. It looks like my real lashes and it feels like my real lashes. I have very sensitive eyes so I was a little nervous about the irritation when I first tried them, but it felt surprisingly comfy as if I didn't have any extensions. I do have tried some other places for eyelash extensions, but Helen is incomparable in her designs and skills. I had my permanent eyebrow tatoo a couple of times at different places but the shape was always uneven. But Helen took long time to make right shape and she also knows the brow trends. She also gave me a little bit of eyelash extension for free and I am very happy with it. Very natural and it feels like my own lash.
