I LOVE their lengua burritos, and I order at the drive-thru on a regular basis. The only downside is its messy to eat (leaks through the wrapping/bag). There aren't many places where you can get a lengua burrito at a drive-thru so this is my go-to place. The chicken burritos are good also. read more

Makes me sad to see this place slowly fail. Awful food awful service lady was so rude. I asked for enchiladas my fault for being specific but she gave me whatever sauce she wanted and whatever meat she wanted didn't make a fuss like I said my fault for not being specific. Just the true measure is if I finished it. Nah, didn't finish. I put the red sauce on and it had a good kick to it. Interior is old, which is ok for an awesome dive with great food. Not this place. The food here is pretty good. In fact, it's one of my favorite places to eat at f I'm looking for low quality Mexican food. I usually order the shrimp burrito and ask for it to be extra spicy (tapatillo inside). I ask for it to be wrapped so I can eat it in the car. About half the time they don't wrap it and serve it in a container instead. The other half of the time they do terrible job wrapping it and the burrito is incredibly messy. Often there's shells from the shrimp because they do not do a good job of cleaning the shrimp. So frustrating. Then there's the girls that take the orders. They are BAD. I have to repeat myself constantly and even if I'm ordering several items and state that I will be ordering a lot- they ask "Is that all"'after each item. The last time I went (earlier today) the order taker asked me this seven times. SEVEN TIMES. Really, just know the customer service is a foreign concept and if you're not a Spanish speaker they pretty much will not respect you. read more

Pretty solid breakfast burrito! I got the buenos dias burrito (bacon, cheese, potato, and eggs). All the breakfast burritos come with eggs. The burrito was as long as my forearm, but I had no difficulty finishing most of it because it wasn't that thick in girth. It was also packed with bacon, which I appreciated so I could get my protein fix. The caveat about this bomb burrito is that you must finish it in one sitting. Even two hours later is not soon enough. I had about five bites of my burrito left and I saved it to eat as a snack two hours later. By then, the oil and grease had hardened the bacon and tortilla beyond taste-recognition. It was still full of flavor thanks to the bacon and I finished every last bite, but I felt queasy about having seen all that grease in action. Ignorance is bliss, guys. They have soooo much potential but consistentlyfail to deliver. And I've given multiple chance to them and support them for over 2 years now. The last couple times have been pretty tasteless experiences. I unfortunately didn't get pictures of this instant but I've got rolled tacos in the past and there was a long 3 inch metal wire in the ROLLED TACO, how do you miss that??!! A few month pas and decide to go In again and get my go to. Rolled Tacos. Not only were they uncooked, they were almost meatless(pictures provided) Wish they cared more because they have potential. I do enjoy a good meal there. I do find that sometimes I do not get exactly what I ordered though. The few times I have actually received food or toppings that would be over the ordering price that I paid for. So I have not said anything. Salsa bar is good. I would suggest ordering in person and not through any delivery app. They do not provide you with enough salsa. A solid place to eat if you want fast Mexican cuisine. read more

Got food to-go here twice. For dinner we got the enchiladas and a Cali burrito. Great flavor, and the burrito had a good ratio of everything including meat. We liked it so much we decided to try their breakfast burritos today. We got one with chorizo and another with bacon. Both were more than good sized and we were barely able to finish. I loved that they mixed everything together so that each bite had a little of the eggs, meat, potatoes, and cheese instead of some burritos where each bite is just eggs or potatoes etc. Their green salsa is also amazing! Has a nice kick and isn't bland at all. Definitely will be back to try other things on the menu read more

I usually eat here multiple times a week, buy yesterday at about 7pm I walked into the restaurant and there was literally nobody there. I walked outside to check if there was a closed sign (there wasn't that I could see), I called out to see if anyone was there, no response. At this point I was actually starting to worry that I was trespassing or just not supposed to be there so I left. As I was driving out of the lot I'm pretty sure I saw an worker sitting on a chair behind the building with his head down so I couldn't tell if they were asleep or on their phone. Only place I know of that you can get a breakfast burrito at 6 am. They have many options for burritos, and great salsas to go with it.

I had 5 rolled (supposed to be chicken tacos). They came out burnt and with no chicken inside of them. So essentially I had 5 rolled up corn tortillas deep fried and burnt, it was over $8. That was there special......!!! I should have gone to my go to Chapala express at the end of Clearwater waaaaay better value and food quality. I won't be back to this establishment. read more

I stopped going here after going for 10-15 years when I asked for two enchiladas they rang up two individual enchiladas. I asked why he didn't ring up the two enchilada order which was significantly cheaper and he said it was the way his boss told him to ring it in to get more $$. I've been coming here for a few years and usually get the burritos. They're much better than the local El Sazon. La Posada burritos are full of meat and some of them have guacamole in them. El Sazon burritos are mostly rice & bean filler. Carne asade burritos sometimes have some un-chewable gristle, but have good flavor. *update for 4/8/17* I made the mistake of ordering a carne asada burrito (to go) and of course there were 4 large chunks of gristle. I hate paying $7/burrito and most of the meat is not actually meat. Stay away from the carne asada, or expect big chunks of gristle. Carnitas burrito and adobada burritos are my personal favorite. My wife likes the chile relleno burrito. I don't come for the décor or table-side service, I come for the meat filled burritos at a good price. It's deli-style order at the counter and the workers are usually pretty friendly, even early in the morning. read more

I just recently tried the carne asada fries & the fries could of been a little more crunchy to hold all the cheese, guacamole, sour cream & pico! Tonight is the last time I will visit this restaurant and I have been a loyal patron for years. My son and I like to practice soccer at a nearby school on the weekends and then come in for nachos and a horchata. This evening we went in for our regular orders and it was quickly made clear that we were unwelcome. Only two tables had customers and there was one car in drive thru. After 5 minutes of being ignored while we stood at the counter with cash in our hands, a guy walked while avoiding eye contact and said only "yes". My son was extremely hungry and very eager for a sip of that cold, sweet horchata after a couple hours in the sun, but I had a lesson to teach.
