It was by far the best pasta I had in Valencia, and also in most other cities I have visited IN THE WORLD. I was torn between the spaghetto chitarra, the taglioni tartufo, and the pappardelle with mushrooms (porcini), but I decided on the spaghetto since the pictures of this pasta was what had drawn me to this restaurant in the first place. This place is also the second place I have ever gone to that offers this type of pasta (it is nothing like your typical spaghetti so flush that from your mind).
