It's very similar to the tuna tataki except that you can taste more of the meat flavors in the beef. I am not a bug mustard fan so it's not a dish I would get again. I tried my friend's tuna in his tuna salad. It was a little too salty to both my friend and me. I tried Jame's shrimp from his surf and turf. The shrimp was also a little too salty to me. If you prefer stronger salt flavors then this restaurant is for you. The service is good. Our server didn't server our entrée until people who ordered appetizer finished their appetizer. So let the server knows if you want all the food come up together. With our group of 9, around 15% tips was included in our bill. Parking was in the parking garage. It's pretty easy.
