She listened to what we wanted and found us our home during a pandemic in a very aggressive market within a week. She definitely puts in the work for her clients and it shows! She made the entire experience seamless and straightforward and now we are the homeowners of a beautiful place in Bend! I highly, highly recommend Daren!

When we came into town, she was able to get us in to look at a few properties with very short notice. She was up front about what the market looked like and what a fair market value was for the homes. I appreciated that she did not push the one home that we looked at that was very overpriced (has dropped $125K since listed) when she could have just for commission. It was evident that she didn't think that was the right home or value for us. Every communication and question was answered very promptly. She was able to help us manage the inspection and subsequent changes to be made which was a big help because we are not local. I honestly feel that some realtors would deem this outside of their responsibility, but Daren went above and beyond. Working with the title company that she recommended was seamless as well. If you want a realtor who knows the market, has a lot of experience, and really cares about helping you throughout the process then Daren is it.

My…read morehusband and I feel so lucky that we chose her to be by our side through our biggest purchases and selling decisions. Two years she helped us purchase a house and a few months ago she helped us sell our house. It was our first time selling our house and I had no idea what a painful process it possibly could be. There were so many moments I wanted to throw in the towel and give up and walk away from the deal, I was so upset and emotional about all the demands our buyers were making. Haley was there to talk us through it (and talk some sense into me!). She was more than just our realtor, more like our therapist haha. Once we settled on repairs, etc. neither my husband or I lifted a finger. Haley had trusted contacts to come in and do the repair work. She did all the calling and scheduling. We didnt have to stress about any timelines. I cannot tell you what a relief it was. I can say beyond a shadow of a doubt, our house might still be for sale if it hadn't been for Haley pushing us through the process. And now its sold and we are so thrilled! Over two years ago we bought a house with Haleys help. However, it took us more than two years of searching to find our perfect house. Haley was supportive and patient and reliable through the whole search process. Bottom line in looking for an agent: You need someone you can trust completely, someone patient and understanding to your needs, someone reliable and available, and someone with a go getter positive attitude - thats Haley! THANK YOU HALEY!!!!

She and her team set us up for success as remote buyers, helping us to understand the market, neighborhoods, and to position ourselves well for a successful offer on a house we are extremely excited about. I'll recommend her without reservation to anyone who will listen.

She truly listened to what my vision of a home was. The area of town, the size, the land, the budget etc. So much so, that I put an offer on the very first house she showed me. Sudie jumped into action to get that offer in and it worked, I got my dream house! I never expected to feel so supported and reassured every step of the way. I also never thought the process would be so quick and easy. Sudie helped me go from being terrified of buying a home to seeing it for what it should be, a fun and exciting experience. This process was life changing for me and my future in Bend, and Sudie Myers made it happen. 10/10 would recommend her to help you find your dream home too.
