In the process, part of one of the dead trees dropped on our Cabin roof, damaging several pieces of the tin sheeting roof and driving down the header beam a couple of inches. After countless telephone calls and emails over six months, the company sent an employee out to assess the damage, and the owner agreed to repair the structural and surface damage. On 6/30/26 they finally had two employees work on the roof for 8 hours. They asked if they could leave their ladder, and said they needed to buy a few more pieces of tin roofing, and would be back in the next week or two to complete the work. Since June, I have exchanged multiple Telephone calls, emails and texts with them. They have apologized numerous times and provided me with multiple dates in July, August and September when they were going to finish the work. They never show up on the dates that they promised to fix the roof, Nor do they ever call to cancel or reschedule. Next month (Oct 2026), it will be one full year since they dropped part of a tree on our Cabin roof and the repairs are not yet completed. I am now forced to post negative reviews on numerous websites, and seek legal action. WARNING: Don't make the mistake that we did... Hire ANY OTHER tree company!
