Well, all cabinets are 2 inches too short in both depth and length...on their THIRD attempt. Ripped and replaced all of it three times. At which point they were invited to leave. Dumped grout bucket in the outdoor property drain. Disappeared entirely for up to a month at a time during the project. Two years later, drawers and doors are sticking, gaps of up to a quarter inch between doors and frames. Subflooring damaged because they didn't hook up the dishwasher properly. Can't even put a standard dinner plate on a shelf. We could go on. And on. You'd be better off having your kid's middle school shop class do the work. Hire a clown, expect a circus.

They called us back the next day; only 1 out of the 4 we called, who did. We met with them at their beautiful showroom on Mill Plain Road in Danbury. We discussed several of our ideas and Phyllis came out to measure later that week. Several discussions and suggestions later, we settled on a design and ordered cabinets. Phyllis put us in touch with a great contractor, Frank with Confident Homes. Phyllis also put us in contact with a Granite and Marble countertop place, as well as an Appliance store. They had great communication with our contractor and were very patient with timing and storing of our cabinet delivery due to supply issues of other materials post-covid. As with any older home we had a few adjustments to the design once construction began. My brother was in the process of renovating his kitchen at the same time in another state. It amazed me all of the things Phyllis, Bill and Frank took into consideration, that my brother's designers never even considered. We saved a good deal of headaches, frustration and money hiring Phyllis and Bill from Connecticut Kitchen and bath. And just look at the outcome! We couldn't happier.

The tile sample board was old (she told me this after the fact) 2. That "There is high variation in shades of color and crackle due to the glazing effect." The tile I saw and ordered in the store was denim blue, the tile that arrived is grey. The store manager and Monica said that I would be charged a 25% restocking fee and a additional $85 delivery fee to return the custom tile. I paid almost $2,000. The store refused to take the blame and instead said they can do nothing else. I will never EVER go here again for all my future projects, and will continue to spread the word about the terrible customer service I have experienced. I have never seen anything like this.
