Great place for Pizza! We had been referred to another restaurant in this neighborhood, but they were all unable to take a party of 9. We saw this spot, and went in, were immediately seated, had GREAT service in this well-lit, very quaint pub-style pizzaria. Food was EXCELLENT! Service was TOP-NOTCH. Had dinner here on a quiet street in Quebec. The lobster pizza was fabulous with generous helpings of lobster. My wife said the spinach dip was the best dip she'd ever had. Great pizza here! The dough was tasty and served as the perfect vehicle for rich sauce and toppings. We ordered our pizzas to go and I definitely recommend the veggie pizza. They were done on time and the staff was friendly. Online ordering wasn't very smooth on their website so if you're getting takeout, it's probably better just to call in your order. Also, none of our 3 pizzas were cut into slices so make sure you have a knife to take care of that critical detail. That said, quality was good and I would go back there again. read more

I know pizza. I've worked in the pizza biz and made pizza at home for years. I know my pizza. There's no one way to make pizza. It's like saying there's one way to make "bread". If you're a fan of thin crust then you might like this. I did. It's a crispy thin crust without being a dry cracker. I love that. I had the 13" Prosciutto All Dressed Up with extra mozzarella. Our server was great and we waited about 10 minutes. Very reasonable. I love the rig that holds the pizza plate next to your table and has a warmer on it. Very clever. read more

I've been here on two separate occasions and both times the service was generally lousy. The first time it was slow and inattentive, where the waitress brought out the wrong thing, didn't refill our drinks, and took a very long time to (1) take our drink orders, (2) food orders, (3) dessert orders, and (4) present us with our bills. I returned because I thought the amount of food served for the price was fair. The second time the waiter was on time and refilled the drinks, however I never saw him crack a smile until it was time for me to enter a tip whereupon he tried to engaged me have-heartedly in an attempt to raise his earnings. The food is okay. It's not something you'd write home about, but like I said the quantity for price is fair. read more

Great place to go if you are from the States. The staff spoke English well and the food was awesome. They had a decent beer selection and the sangria was good. The only complaint I have is the prices. It seemed a little expensive for the amount of food you get. Get the buffalo mozzarella pizza. read more

The location in Montreal is good, so I was expecting something of the same level here. The franchisor clearly needs to step up oversight of this franchisee's location given the following: - slow service (took 40 min for pizzas) - spicy is not spicy. Also, spices themselves don't pack much punch which suggests they aren't fresh - something was missing from our grilled chicken pizza... as if the chicken wasn't grilled nor seasoned. Pizza was actually very good unfortunately the service was insulting. I came in as an English speaking tourist in between lunch and supper time on a Tuesday. Almost immediately I had the server/host making fun of me with an employee (that apparently was not working). It was of course easy pickings for them since I was the only person in the restaurant. I found out the other employee was not on shift because I asked for their opinion on the food in which the first response was "I'm not working right now". Unfortunately it did not stop the employees from sitting at the bar for the next hour and a half making fun of the "English tourist" in French. Although the pizza was actually delish, sitting for and hour and a half listening to your self be made fun of in a different language for the duration really takes the enjoyment out of the experience Edit: to be clear I dont believe they were rude because they were French. I had lots of good experiences with French places and equally or worse experiences with non French places. This place just needs to fire their horrible customer service employees and hire ones that understand how to treat a customer. This place is just okay. Coming from NYC we get really authentic Napolitano style pizza, which has a crust hat is usually a little gummy in texture with a bright sauce. The crust here tasted like a crispy pita. It wasn't terrible but not very good. I would say it's okay. It took a surprising long time (about 30 min) for the pizza to come out too. The veal parm was good, thin and crispy with a nice tomatos sauce. Overall we were underwhelmed read more

Came here seeking an affordable dinner for 2. Was shocked to see that a 13 inch pizza costs almost twice as much as a 10 inch. Weird. Ordered a spicy pizza, which was not spicy at all. The pizza was pretty good. Extremely thin crust, not cut, but very tasty. The service was pretty good. They make a great Bailey's and coffee. We would return, but not a favourite. read more

The place is very crowded, the waiting area was situated right next to the cashier so I had to move out of the way every time there was an order. What a let down! The apps - are so small - the menu says serves 2-4 people, more like serves 1 bird. The "egyptian" app is literally a bowl of crumbs and the smallest piece of bread ever made- the mexican fondu also sucks - the pizzas- again super small. This is a very acceptable place with a varied menu. We were looking for pizza and were pleased with the fare. We shared a 13 inch pepperoni pizza with very thin crust. We are not big eaters so this was sufficient. We showed up around 6:15pm on a Tuesday evening. It was not busy when we arrived, but was busy when departing. Our waiter, Julien, was very fluent in English, had a great sense of humor and took our order soon upon arriving. Service was quite fast and our meal arrived in a few short minutes, and he appeared a number of times to check on drinks and other needs. Prices were in line and even less expensive than other Quebec restaurants. read more
