Small restaurant so service was a little slow but they had a big party there and only 1 server. Food was delicious. Love the bread!

We walked all the way from the jazz fest on rue Clark to eat here. We were welcomed by the family that owned the restaurant. We ate outside even though there was limited seating. The son was our server & he made solid recommendations for us since it was our first time trying irakienne food. So we started with Dolmas... it was perfect. I wanted to just eat two more plates of that for dinner but we had so much more coming. The lamb a bit fatty but so was flavorful, the falafel Is the best I've had In Montreal ( it comes with an amazing yellow curry sauce) , the bread is freshly baked AND THE FISH!!! Look at it... so tender & moist. It's charred to perfection. The lemon and pickle on the side did the moooost. I loved this place & I would highly recommend supporting this family & their restaurant. read more

This is a brand new family run Iraqi restaurant in the heart of downtown. Their location is pretty big and they're still finding their footing but the food was absolutely delicious and priced very fairly. Their samoon bread was so fresh and fluffy , their dolma was amazing, they had various types of Kuba which wa super tasty and the kebab was good as well. Their Iraqi tea was flavourful and a great ending to the meal. We left full and satisfied ! My fiancé is born in Iraq and he confirms this place is the real deal for authentic Iraqi cuisine. Lots of seating inside, it's a great place for a hearty delicious casual lunch. They offer takeout and delivery from Uber eats and door dash as well. read more

il n'y a aucun signe à l'extérieur du restaurant. difficile à trouver. on nous a donné un menu en papier déchiré usagé à regarder. la nourriture était n'importe quoi. c'est une opération familiale et ils ont vraiment besoin d'aide. read more

It was my first time visiting Canada and I wanted to try Arabic(Iraqi) food for the first time in 2 years. I'm glad that I went to this restaurant. It was amazing food and it reminded me of my home county (Iraq). On the other side the costumer service was great and they seemed nice people and helpful. I'll definitely visit it again. read more
