I wouldnt call it restaurant its more of a bar/lounge. They play great music, have great cocktails & hookah. They offer a variety of dishes, the service is always good every time ive been (no complaint at all). Maybe the should chill on the prices . I've been here a few times and I don't have much bad to say about it . The Chicken wings I had were good I tried other things so far no bad. The shisha was normal the place it self looks like it needs a bit of work. Or all I've had great service there was one time were I ordered food and it took forever to come like over an hour. Got one shisha and two bar rail vodkas for 65$$$ ?!?!?!? This would have been alright if they actually played some Lebanese music. Pft.....they call themselves an "Arabian" place. Came here with my wife , 10 tables were empty but with reserved signs. The hostess said that everything is busy and we need to sit in the back side. The back side was a small room cold . A nice little Arabic cafe with a great atmosphere, good food (super yummy), and good shisha if you're into that. Only issue I have with it (and the reason for the missing star) is because of the pricing. A shared dish, 2 diet cokes, and 2 shishas somehow amounts to $100 here.. Too expensive... The food is good and the drinks are great - really well mixed and tasty. The shisha is so-so; takes a while to get the order that it gets very harsh after 2 coals.... Atmosphere great - amazing decor The main problem I had was with the service. Slow, and incredibly rude. Ignored us in favor of a table of men. She refused to speak English to us (we speak French, not the point...) and just dropped our stuff on the table and continued flirting with the men on the other side of the room. THEN she had the audacity to let us know that we did not tip her enough. She had to nerve to say we are obliged to tip 15%. For terrible service? I think not. Came here 2 years ago this place was really nice and live, but when i came this time to montreal and went to this place. The place was dead, nasty, and service is really bad .. Kitchen looks old and chef looks very unprofessional , didnt even dare to order food. Server forced us to get a drink other than the shisha that we got for "consumption purposes" even though it was only two of us. However ill give it 2 stars not one because the shisha and the drink tasted okay and better than what it looked like. read more

Arabesque has a certain ambiance that appeals more to the younger shisha smokers. They play the most recent hip hop music and their food is good but nothing extraordinary. I must say that the service is terribly slow and none of the employees ever look happy. Also, there is the price to consider, which is overpriced for the food and service you get. read more

a shitty place !!!! we were a group of 20 people. we all ordered food, drinks and shisha. it took them 3 hours to bring a simple shisha !!!!! and then After few hours we asked for water, the guy was like if you order food we'll serve you water !!! finally, he asked us to leave because we weren't ordering twice !!! We didn tip him and then he charged us for half a shisha extra to make up the tips !!!!!!!! not recommended at all. very poor service. impolite owner who refused us to turn our chairs so we could all sit together !!!! read more

I've been a customer for years now and I can say this place got really expensive. They finally add more staff member but the service is still very slow. Food is very good especially the fries. Shisha is good but doesn't last long. Great atmosphere but too bad they change Arab music for the latest hip hop tunes. Beware of not paying tip to the waiter your experience could get really intense in that case!! read more
