My Review was deleted, so I am writing it again. Here we go - SCAMMERS!!! Stay AWAY!!! Our HOA entrusted them with a large order, 5 tables, 16 loungers, and 4 chairs. What did we receive? Only 7 loungers. Since August, we've been given at least 10 different promises that the rest would be delivered, none of which were kept. At one point, we sat in our clubhouse from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. waiting for a delivery that never came. Just excuse after excuse, COVID, a death in the family, delays, you name it. There is always a story, never any accountability. To make matters worse, their listed store address is now for lease, which says everything you need to know. Don't be fooled by their polished communication or constant reassurances, it's all gaslighting. We are out approximately $30,000 in furniture and services that were never delivered. The first photo is a result of continuing to use expensive sun chairs until the point where the bars underneath hurt our bodies, because we were reluctant to trust anyone with the repair. I found Tony on Yelp and after minimal back and forth, I felt that he had the experience to help me with the repair. His price quote was beyond fair and his turn around time was faster than I expected. The next day, he sent someone to pick up my chairs and I provided him the fabric info I wanted. The next day, Tony text me with a fabric match that had better weaving and was more durable. Within days, my chairs were returned and I have had zero regrets trusting Tony. I keep in touch with Tony with regards to maintenance. Tony is always available, professional and trustworthy. I highly recommend working with All Patio Furniture. read more

This company has now moved to Burbank and their name is All Patio Furniture and I had a long review posted here and yelp removed it claiming that I had copied under other platform, which was false. I had posted other versions of my review but I'm just telling everyone that this company does quality work and the outcome is beautiful, but you have to be willing to wait and not have a hard deadline because they don't honor deadlines. They have all kinds of issues & they tend to send text with all kinds of excuses. Some of the excuses & delay tactics are used redundantly. I recommend this company because the irony is the workmanship is outstanding but they are not good about communicating that they cannot meet a deadline and all they do is delay delay delay, and sometimes you'll get your furniture back when you want it mostly you won't and there are many other reviews that have said how wonderful they are. And there are many who have the similar complaint that I have had. I wish I had read them before I did business with this company over a year ago. They had some of delay tactics then, but they certainly didn't do it as persistently and as aggressively as they did with me this time. I agree their qualities fabulous But instead of just being honest and saying, they can't meet a deadline and that they'll try to meet one and they put out excuses why they can't make your deadline and it doesn't matter what you say or do to require that deadline. So just be warned that that is one of the biggest hurdle this company faces. The first time I did business with them was over 20 years ago under completely different owners who delivered on time and never gave excuses. The more recent owner has been struggling and he has a lot of issues which should not be a customers concern so if he doesn't like what you say, he'll write you threatening text, which is what I got from him after I posted my reviews and suddenly they disappeared off of Google and as I said Yelp removed my previous one and again just now you have to be very specific about when you want your furniture and do not expect to get it when you want it. Truly the most absurd customer service experience ever. Chairs were picked up in July and we were told we'd get them back in 2 weeks. Since August, we were told 5 times they would be delivered, given a specific day and they never showed up. Sometimes, if we were so lucky, we would be told that there had been some unfortunate circumstances - twice a memorial, one an Indian holiday, a bout of covid - but by and large just ignored. Its now November 22. We got two of the three chairs back 2 weeks ago...in the wrong color. We've been trying to just get the last item, a long chair back regardless if it's done or not as we just want to get things back and move on. This is just a summary. Don't trust him. Something they quoted only taking a few weeks took the whole summer and the quality was not great. I spent thousands refinishing this furniture and less than 2 years later it's already starting to come apart. It's hard to find the words to describe the nightmare I went through in dealing with this company. They lied about being able to repair my furniture, wasting three weeks of the summer. They refused to accept a credit card, forcing me to pay an absurdly high deposit in cash, and then insisting on an additional deposit. They insulted me routinely, saying things like "you rich people" without having any basis for the comment. They returned my un-repaired furniture with significant damage because they failed to protect it in their van. They made false statements about their business and their capabilities, and denied signing a contract when they in fact did so. That is not vulgarity, that is holding people accountable to their commitments. Further, NOT ONCE in the entirety of the communications did anyone say there were delays due to supply or materials. Actually: 1. Tony emailed on 6/30/23 to say the order was due to arrive at your warehouse 6/29-7/6. 2. Kristin you emailed 7/17/23 - (Copied directly from your original email) "I tracked your order down with companies. The issue was on our end with the new terms that the accounts with one of them. Long story short we needed to send in payment for the remainder balance(mostly shipping). It is come new way they have set up the accounts going forward. Part of it was my fault as I did not update them on my end. I have spoken to the main owner and he has send them a scan copy of the check, they will process the pymt in the mornings and call me with a date." 3. Michel emailed 6/28 to confirm delivery for the afternoon of August 7. 4. You notified me of the cancellation of my order on August 8, after the confirmed scheduled delivery. Finally, as of August 12 my full refund has NOT been received. I am more than happy to provide copies of these communications to Yelp to backup every fact here. read more

Furniture was picked up promptly LAST JULY along with a sizeable deposit. Communication has been like pulling teeth. I have received multiple excuses, been promised delivery four times with no show and no warning, with more excuses. It has now been 7 months. I would like to think that these are just bad business practices, but they have gone beyond anything reasonable. I have made an official written request for the return of the property sent by certified mail and by text. None of the emails work. I have received no response from the owner. All Patio expertly repaired my 15-year-old deck chairs. They picked up the chairs and then delivered them only five days later after having replaced the swivel mechanism on one chair, restored the broken frame on the other, and installed a brand new sling fabric that, despite the age of the chairs, was identical to the previous fabric. Their sales manager, Kristin, was very helpful in arranging a repair schedule that worked with my busy calendar. One of the owners, Jason, personally picked up and delivered the chairs after having supervised their repair. Do not deal with this company. We paid $5500 in March for patio cushions and were told we would receive them within 8-10 weeks. It is 8 months later and still no cushions. They told us every excuse possible and kept saying they were on order, then they shipped us the wrong cushions. We then sent them back to this company and still never received cushions. Then they told us they would give us a refund (because they obviously never ordered the cushions) but the check bounced.
