This restaurant has some really fun decor! You walk in and it immediately feels like a party because it is decked out! We sat outside on the adorable patio because we brought our dog with us. That's another plus! You can bring your dog! The patio is completely covered and has plenty of fans and heaters depending on the weather. It looks like there are even screens that come down when needed, so another plus! Their happy hour drinks are $5. A $5 margarita? YES! I didn't get to take pictures of everything because I was just so in awe of the quality of the food, drinks, and service. I had a taco salad, and my husband had a quesadilla. We also tried the deviled eggs and they were so good. Everything was a 10/10. We can't wait to come back!

The food as a Mexican was amazing especially when you know different regions from Mexico and you know each regions have their flavors and staples. It has been a pleasure for my palate to enjoy those flavor again. We always like asking about the background and origins of the restaurants we visit and we always note and comparare details. The flavors just to reiterate.... Awesome! Atmosphere and service totally outstanding, today was our second time and the person even apologized for us not getting the same booth, we were like what??? You remember that and us? Well we are sold and we found the new place for us to invite friend and have family celebrations! Maybe I can not give a Michelin Star but for sure a "Miguelin" star! Thank you all! Jeziel, Isri, Eli, Charlie , Rolando, we do not know all the names yet but we will acknowledge every one properly and please know that little things come a long way and make a difference!!!! Addendum- for some reason my original post did not post when intended but now that I can, still going there and love it still!!! We have had family gatherings, great moments to celebrate and even when lows, we still found this place an amazing place to be. In all honesty, we feel like they are family, almost like the show Cheers... "sometimes you want to go where every body knows your name". It has been for us a great balance of consistency all around, service, the food, the drinks, even if prices went up (given the economy right now), we know it will be great! Even during these times they have never tried to cut corners or even increase prices!! We love you guys and will continue supporting our local businesses!!

The sample platter had a good amount to choose from and our favorite was the quesadilla because the chicken was seasoned well and had good flavor to it. The chicken vegetable soup also had great flavor to it, and it did not need extra salt, which is always a plus. The fajitas were delicious as well and had a great amount of protein and veggies. The tacos were flavorful, but I do wish that there was some kind of salsa to put on them. The enchiladas weren't anything special, but I would definitely order them again as I really enjoyed the sauce. The coconut ice cream that came with the churros was refreshing. On my second visit, I tried a mix of birria de chivo (goat) and birria de res (beef) tacos. The beef was well seasoned and flavorful, but unfortunately the tortillas were a bit too burnt this time. I also decided to try the rice and beans, which ended up being a miss for me. The beans had a canned aftertaste and were very bland, while the rice was dry and also lacking flavor. I tried three of their salsas: salsa verde, salsa verde tatemada (served warm), and the habanero salsa. The two green salsas were decent, but the habanero stood out with great flavor and a nice kick of heat. The staff was super friendly, and service was quick on both visits. Overall, based on consistency and my experience across both trips, I'd rate this spot 3.5 stars.
