First, I want to start with saying you knew you were going to an amazing place because as you got closer, the views got better! Eric is an amazing manager and organized every last detail perfectly. He pays attention to the little things which makes a big difference...
The entire staff was warm and welcoming, making me feel like I belonged there. They greeted me at the front door with a smile!
Next, the food was out of this world (and I am not exaggerating). We were fed a three course lunch that makes my mouth water just thinking about it. The chef was very passionate about his work and came out to serve his dishes. We also were told he grows and picks his own ingredients (like herbs from the garden right at the hotel). Now, no Italian meal can be complete without "vino" which was also extremely delicious.
Lastly, the hotel itself was spotless. It was modern and clean, with a cozy and welcoming feel, not only from the staff and the hotel's amazing views, but by the warm charm from an old Italian building in the countryside. There were two amazing infinity pools allowing you to float around and literally soak up the views! The hotel was also quiet and friendly to both families and adults. Although there were children at the pools, there wasn't any screaming or splashing. Everyone was very calm, quiet, and humbled to be in such a beautiful place.
I will definitely be coming back! read more
