I had a curry chicken pizza with pineapple bits and curry ice cream (I know, it sounds wierd, but it was very good). I also had a 25cl pitcher of white wine which was good and pistachio ice cream for dessert. The bill was 20 euros. There is i side seating and a large terrace if the weather is good. The interior ambiance pleasant, the service was good, and I was very sarisfied.

The interior was filled with interesting memorabilia, photos, paintings etc. The asparagus was fine and the feta and vinergrete really added a lot to the dish. They brought some nice bread and we used that with the table-olive oil to clean the plates. The olive oil was spiked with hest, not boring! The lamb arrived very hot and plated over white beans. Very tasty and flavorful !! Tender and lambie. The large white beans were a delightful surprise.

Artichoke and pickled peppers entrée followed by Veal, with pasta and cheese sauce. That's what I ordered anyway. I was so impressed with both courses that I scarcely noticed what my friends ordered. I know though they were all happy. Quantity was as I prefer. Not too much on the plate whereby you end up struggling to finish. The meal was beautifully presented and served by cheerful and efficient staff. The proprietress (I believe is actually Spanish not Italian) politely checked a couple of times to ensure our satisfaction. A good quality Soave served at exactly the right temperature. Astonishingly the four of us ate and drank well for under a 100 Euros, including what we considered to be the correct and courteous tip. I could not understand why the place wasn't packed. It deserves to be. Highly recommend.
