I ordered the calamari appetizer and it appears to be breaded and fried frozen calamari - the onion ring type. The liquor and beer selection is very limited. Nothing too great here except a couple of halfway decent bottles of scotch, surprisingly. The Yelp reviews star rating is much lower than the google reviews for whatever reason. I didn't see that until after I got here and sat down. There is Mexican music playing and the bartender is having a conversation in Spanish with the only other customer here. They seem to know each other. I was expecting a bit more from the google reviews and photos but as I said, I'm not familiar with the area. The calamari was served with a bland creamy orange colored sauce. Maybe I should have ordered the shrimp. No paper towels in the men's room but there is soap at least. The service was good but I was the only one there after a short time. It was $35 for 2 servings of cheap cabernet and a frozen calamari appetizer. I still tipped 20%. I probably would not come back.
