Homemade salsas and fresh chips sure, but the chile rellenos are an absolute star! It's not a complex dish but when skillfully prepared and seasoned, standby by for a taste of Heaven. Refried beans are exceptionally well seasoned with subtle flavor, I swear I could taste a little epazote presence and they were very good. Not your average beans from an average place.
