My pedicure felt extremely rushed--I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. The massage is usually one of the best parts of a pedicure, but this time it lasted maybe three minutes. When I mentioned that the service felt rushed and asked about the massage, I was told that she had already done it. To make matters worse, I noticed residue and paint stains left on my toes afterward. This experience didn't reflect the quality of service I've come to expect from this salon, and it was very disappointing.

Fancy Nail & Spa Studio is owned by Nancy Qiu who has a lot of pride in her work. It shows. Being a single client salon means it is quiet and not just an assembly line, but a careful full service with a wonderful final product. In 30 minutes I had a pedi which included a sea salt massage and soak followed by a hot stone massage. Every item used was single use and thrown away after used, making sure every appointment is personalized. The price is appropriate, and I absolutely recommend Nancy. She only works by appointment, no walk-ins. This assures timely appointments and personal service. I will stop looking for another salon as I have found what I was looking for.
