Just got my nails done, gel set. Worst job. My nails have dirt under the nails still, not just one, several! I took pictures. My hands were never soaked or had lotion put on. I was seen close to my appointed time. Everyone in the salon was wearing masks. There was no spaces in between pedicure chairs, I had people on both sides of me. No sneeze guards or gloves worn either. They do line the pedicure bath with plastic. There were six customers, 2 young children hanging out waiting for their mom and 4 techs. My pedicure and shellac manicure were OK. I could have used a lot more time on my cuticles and my calluses on my feet. The price was reasonable. I will not be back however. read more

This place really turned me off. From immediately after I sat down for a pedicure an older woman asked if she could massage my back. She rubbed my shoulders for a very short time then asked for a tip. I did not see anyone wash the wet area but I do know that when the woman was done with my very fast pedicure she took a pair of USED disposable slippers out of the TRASH can and tried to put them on me. I told her no, if she doesn't have clean then I don't want any. When I handed her my credit card she asked how much tip I was giving her. I thought she was extremely rude the entire time I was there. Then about 4 weeks later I noticed fungus on my toe. No real surprise. I will NEVER return even though this is the most convenient location for me. read more

Went for a manicure with wife and daughter. They were getting mani and pedi. Took 2 cars since mine will take 10 minutes theres an hour or more. Because they were getting pedis to they were seated almost immediatly. I on the other hand waited patiently. For an hour. After the 5th person that walked in after us was started i left. By far the worst nail salon. I asked for my real nails to be cleaned and filed evenly before tips... not done. I said i didnt want thick nails twice. They are thick. The girl kept flipping my hand and i asked her twice why she was doing that.. she said it was a habit. I wanted to get my brows done but not after seeing the filthy machine and brows done on another person by the front window. I asked what i owed and was told 40 for the pedicure... when i questiined the rock treatment i never got, i was rushed to a chair for the treatment. The files used on my nails were worn and used on other clients. Unsanitary. I never got the hand massage with my 40 dollar hand manicure as well. I was rushed out the door. My finger tips look like mini hooks. This is what i get to wear to my husbands funeral. A one star rating is generous. Terrible experience. Ugly nails. read more

Worst nail salon I have been to. Pricing is outrageous. The ruined my nails, did not know how to properly take off sns powder. When removing the sns off my nails the older gentelman proceeded to scratch my nails with his fingers nails and ruin my nails even more. Would not recommend this place at all. read more

I went to salon for a pick me mood. I was told about this nail polish wouldn't chip. Well that part was true. The cost shocked me $80. For manicure and pedicure. What was uncle's with me manicure. NOTHING! My hands were not soaked or nor cuticles. My feet same thing put in water that's it. I say DON'T GO THERE. Go to a cheaper one that really does what you ask. read more

So I walked in asked for a full set . They took me pretty much right away . A man started to so my nails he gave me rings with colored nails in them and told me to pick a color . I specifically said to him are these polish colors he said yes , I said again these are polish colors for acrylic nails and he said yes . He put the tips on me cut them down then a girl came over and picked up where he left off she then began to dip my nails in a powder and i said this is acrylic ? but i knew it wasn't she said it's the dip . Anyway i knew at that point i was not getting acrylic but i sat there and let her do them . While i was sitting there she took a call on speaker and it was another customer complaining that her nails were all breaking and she just has them done a few days before then she proceeded to complain about the same exact thing I just explained here . She was under the impression she was getting acrylics and when she asked in the middle of the process they told her "we don't do acrylics " the girl that was handling the call told the customer basically there was nothing they could do for her ..... bad bad business! On thier big price board they advertise acrylic full sets for 30.00 and acrylic fills for 20.00 .... I not only did not get what I wanted but I spent 10.00 more than I expected . I also will add that she did a horrible job I'm not a very picky person but my nails are all different lengths and they are very bumpy and have thick spots in places . I did not complain paid my bill , left a very good tip and went on my way .... But I WILL NOT GO THERE AGAIN. read more

The staff has been there forever and they go out of their way to attend to customers and make everyone feel welcome. Their pricing is competitive and they take pride in their work, making everyone look and feel better before they leave. The only reason I did not not give them a 5 star was for atmosphere. It is very clean but could use a little new paint job and some decorative touches to make the atmosphere a little more trendy. I can live with the plain setting as long as they keep doing the great job they are known for. Everyone should take their hands and feet out for this fabulous treat. read more

Unlicensed nail techs , dirty and 2 men were taken in the back while I was there and 1 came out with his zipper down.I had to tell my "nail tech" how to do acrylic nails" and I asked her is that you on this License she said no mine is over there so I turned my head and was looking around then she admitted she does not have one and would give me half off.when I got home I did a search and LA NAILS has been cited time and time again for filth & unlicensed nail techs, DONT GO THERE! read more

I had gone here a few times before and they usually do a good job. I went few weeks ago and the older lady at the salon did my pedicure. The polish started chipping off the next day. I thought I would give them another try so I went yesterday to have a pedicure and the same older lady did my nails. I told her that the polish started chipping off the very next day the last time I had a pedicure there. She started scrapped the top of my nails very aggressively with a metal tool. Then began cutting my cuticles very aggressively with the sharp cuticle trimmer to the point that it was hurting and I began gripping the arm rests of my chair bracing myself because it was hurting. I then Looked down and saw blood coming from the base of my left big toe nail. She had cut my toe. So I said "I think you cut me". She then wiped the blood with her bare finger and poured some type of green liquid on my toe that burned like fire. She finished my pedicure after the bleeding stopped then had the nerve to ask me for a tip when I was paying for my pedicure. What makes me even more upset is I gave her a small tip because she put me on the spot. I will never go back to this salon again. read more

Very Fast Service, The nails hold up well, and look very nice, great pedicure, but they could massage even 5 mins longer on each foot, I seem to get the same amount of massage for all 3 pedicures, you should get a longer massage for more money right? I will return, and really only complaint is pedicure is to fast. ( unless in a rush ) I recommend LA Nails in Indrio Plaza. I'm on my way there now. read more
