I have never written a Yelp review, but had to do one for my great haircut!!! I had my hair cut on April 20th first thing in the morning. (Sadly, I cannot remember the girls name that cut my hair that day, but I will follow up with her name in a later message) The place is adorable inside and I loved the decor!! I was in town visiting my parents and needed a cut badly before heading out for vacation. My mom raved about the place and they were able to squeeze me in. In my experience, not many people really handle curly hair well. On top of that, I have a ton of it, so I am always very skeptical with anyone doing my hair. I left feeling great, the way you always do after someone has cut and blown your hair dry, but that is not where I discovered how well she did. I then went on vacation and found that my hair was cut so well, I didn't even need to use a hairdryer!!!!! I didn't even know that could happen!!! It was cut so well that the curls and shape dried perfectly on their own!!! Now, two months later, I still am able to dry and brush my hair with ease. Prior to my cut, just brushing out my tangles was a 30 minute process alone and would stress me out! Thank god I don't have to deal with that anymore!! (I would also like to extend a personal apology to the girl who had an appointment after me who waited for so long. I should have notified them to allow for extra time on my hair and she had to wait while my hair was being blown out...sorry girl!!) I just had to give a big thanks to you girls at Studio 207 and let you know I am grateful for time and attention to detail. I have been using Violet as my colorist for at least 8 months now. Since Studio 207 is an Aveda salon the staff must adhere to Aveda's criteria. Violet has been an Aveda student for years so she understands the technology and how to apply color correctly. As a result my color has never been more natural and the shine lasts from color to color. I am a local resident and was traveling over 90 minutes to get my hair colored , fortunately now that I have found Violet I no longer have to travel so far. read more

Lesson learned.... Lesson shared..... Made an appointment for a full foil head highlight on 4/10 will say I felt for the woman Violet that did my hair for apparently the owner called in sick n she was a one woman show besides the nail tech that was there. It took over two hours to foil my hair with all the interruptions. She cut a woman's hair while my hair was partially wrapped, was on the phone numerous times, was trying to finish another young ladies hair which she ended up just making another appointment at a later time to have her cut, stopped to welcome new clients coming in the door. My hair is not that long when pulled back into a pony tail the front still falls through, basically a long bob. My hair now looks like a skunk due to some think highlighted chunks that is only in two sections at the top front of my head. My hair is is ever so dry now from having the bleach paste on it for so long Oh n let me add the price tag before a tip was $145. Not saying Violet couldn't be a good styler I blame the owner not getting herself covered by another employee was a terrible management decision! I have been using Andi, salon owner and stylist at Studio 207 since 2008 when I first moved to Florida. She is an amazing stylist, very creative innovative and wants to please her customers. She does a fantastic job with color/highlights and she always gives me a great cut. The salon is an Aveda salon, not easy to find in this area. I highly recommend Studio 207. read more

I'm from out of town, visiting my family, and was itching to get a haircut. I found this salon through Yelp, and I am glad I followed my instinct. When you walk in, it's very modern and chic, and most importantly, clean. Randy was my stylist, and let me tell you, he's awesome! He gave me his honest opinion when I told him what type of a cut I wanted and I am happy I listened to him. I LOVEE my haircut. He is personable and knows his stuff. I am so glad I found Studio 207 and Annette. I used to get monthly pedicures from Megan Smith and she was great, but when she stopped doing nails I was worried. I have tried other nail salons in the area and they are for the most part, terrible. In other salons that are nails only (I won't mention the names but everyone knows the Fort Pierce one), either the staff are not skilled and you end up with chips within a few days, or the staff are weird, gossipy or mean. Annette does a wonderful job on my monthly pedicure - so good that I could probably get away with a 6 week visit if my nails would stop growing!! She really takes her time and is meticulous. She's also a very nice person to visit with as are all the staff at Studio 207. I highly recommend Annette and the Studio. read more

I recently moved to Fort Pierce and was looking for a hair salon and I couldn't have found a better one ! I also took my Daughter In Law and Granddaughter with me ! All I can say is WOW ! Our pedicures and hair cuts were awesome! The stylist are very knowledgeable in hair and are so attentive and sweet! Annette did my pedicure and it was the best one I have ever received, she worked over an hour on my feet ! They were really not that bad but have never been done properly! All 3 stylists were fantastic! We have found our forever salon ! Trust me if you are looking for a new salon or are visiting here in beautiful Fort Pierce don't hesitate to go to this salon. Moved here recently. After trying a few other salons, this has become my home salon. The decor is beautiful and makes you want to hang out there. My stylist is Andi, who is the owner. I am impressed with her thoroughness, care, and attention. I have very thick curly hair which some stylists just can't tame. Andi knows just how to give me the best cut and color. Sometimes she has to do some multitasking, but like I said I don't mind spending a little girl time there. Especially since they expanded spa space and services.
