I wish I could give this place zero stars. I've been getting my nails done for years. This was by far the WORST place I've ever gone! I showed the gentleman doing my nails a picture of what I wanted. The color was awful and not even over the nail. Asked for coffin shape and they look like he started doing square shape and realized it halfway through that he messed up. I also asked for rhinestones to be placed on my ring fingers since that was what the picture looked like. I was unable to get that. I showed up at 9 am and left at 10:35. Been going to this Salon since opening. Made an apt with Kim Chau owner for 5:00 today. When I arrived at 4:45 I was told she had just left for Phila. I was not given a courtesy call and this is the second time this happened. I won't be going back. Little regard for customers. Very disappointing. read more

Had a basic manicure and brow waxing. I found the place to be very nice and the staff were very friendly. The place was very busy!

Other than last week, I haven't been to LA Nails since they were in Wyomissing and there's an obvious reason for that. I thought I'd try it again to see if things have gotten better and boy, was I wrong! I went for a refill (got them originally done somewhere else) and they overcharge. It was $20 for a refill (got a full set for $25 and they were perfect) $8 for gel polish (which I didn't want and SPECIFICALLY asked for regular) $3 for matte top coat (which is free where I previously went). When I told her I asked for regular, she said I needed to speak up then. How rude!! When my friend even heard me when I asked. She only gave me 10% off my total and gave me a free VIP card which went right in the trash because I will not be returning. They were so rude and my nails are already chipping. Save your money. I went for the first time to get a full set in the coffin shape and it was a mess. The length, shape, everything was off. The shape was crooked and they made the nail really thick. I had to go back to get them redone with someone else and it was still trash. When I asked for them to file down the thick nails a bit they said that's how they do them and that I should go elsewhere. Bet! read more

Terrible! They rush you out so quickly even when there isn't much customers. They rush you so they can sit on their phone or watch tv. Will never see my money ever again. Rude and not personable at all. Don't waste your time. The LA nails at the Berkshire mall is way more professional than this location. read more

I was just in there for a manicure. While she did a great job with the polish, the customer service was lacking. I asked for a regular manicure, no gel polish. Instead of fan dryers, she asked me to keep my hands under the UV lights used for gel polish. The lady walked away and I was sitting there for close to 10 minutes. The lights were overly hot and very uncomfortable. She moved me to the fan dryer when she noticed I wasn't keeping my hands under the hot lights. She never came back! I had to ask someone if I could pay! read more

Be careful they OVER CHARGE you!!!! I didn't notice until after I left. The girl who did my nails was not a regular technician, she didn't know what she was doing. She did a poor job on my toes and then she asked the other technician to do my nails. I asked her 4xs to fix my nails. I was VERY disappointed. Will not go back again. read more

This place is overpriced for a crappy job. I got a pedicure and gel manicure. She rushed while doing my nails and did a horrible job. They weren't done correctly so they came off like press on nails only days later. I wanted a French manicure she used glitter pink polish instead of the pink/nude color that is usually used. NEVER going back again. Go to Glamour's Nails down the street. They are amazing and have better prices. read more

The customer service here is awful! I experienced the same thing with the UV lights - she had me hold my non-gel manicured nails under there for at least 10 minutes while she went back to the pedicure chairs to use her phone. After i got home, i noticed that my light pink polish was white! The UV lights had lightened the color! I've been here a few times and I've found that they are all in such a hurry. They never give any time for any of the coats of polish to dry. They just keep piling it on and my nails never really dry. The same girl did my pedicure. The entire time she was doing my pedi, she was looking all over the place. She may have actually looked at my feet for 10 minutes out of a 30 minute manicure. The "massage" consisted of her sliding her hands up & down my legs rapidly, as if she were trying to rub off my tan and exfoliate my calves. There was no "massage" involved. When she removed my polish, she left some on the edges of each nail and simply painted over it. She didn't even file my nails! When i got home, I had to use a corrector pen to clean up my cuticles on both my hands and feet because she had painted all over them. On a few toes, there was actually polish on the sides of my toes and some on the tips too. I also had to re-polish my fibgernails as I am not a fan of completely white nails. I could definitely do a better job at home and, while they are cheaper than most places, it's definitely not worth it! My 5-year old could have done a better job. Save your money! read more
