I used to do detailing myself but dont have the set up anymore to continue so I shopped around to find some one who I know would be capable and use products I would use. Firstly shine pros use trustworthy products that I know they aren't cheaping out on. The cost of those products are high. Secondly their price for their service is super fair as well. They don't take short cuts on their service and they spend the time to make sure the job is done well. Proof is in the pudding. Again this engine was washed for the first time in 20 years. From start to finish, the entire experience exceeded my expectations. Ian, the owner, has over 20 years of detailing experience, and that expertise was evident in every step of the process. The work included a full wash, clay bar treatment, decontamination, a meticulous two-step paint correction, and the installation of a ceramic coating. His attention to detail and commitment to perfection were second to none. Ian was an absolute pleasure to work with. He maintained excellent communication throughout the entire process, kept me informed every step of the way, answered all of my questions, and delivered exactly what he promised. On top of that, his pricing was very fair for the level of craftsmanship and care he provides. The results are simply breathtaking. The paint now has an incredible depth and gloss, and when the Shelby sits in the sunshine, it absolutely comes alive. I honestly don't think this car has ever looked this good. The finish is mirror-like, the color has tremendous richness, and the ceramic coating gives me confidence that it will stay protected for years to come. If you're looking for someone who truly takes pride in their work and treats your vehicle as if it were their own, I highly recommend Auto Detail Services and Ceramic Coating. Ian's professionalism, experience, and passion for detailing are reflected in the outstanding final product. An excellent experience from beginning to end--I wouldn't hesitate to trust him with any of my vehicles again. Highly recommended!

All I see on my windshield is a billion water spots and in the sun it's all glittery & blinding. Very upset I don't mind paying good $$ as long as there is quality provided. Or didn't show up at all and didn't let me know. That is wildly unprofessional and recently he just hasn't responded after pretty clearly ditching an appointment. Once out of maybe 5 times I missed him coming by. But I cannot seriously reccomend him because of how unprofessional he is with peoples time. A shame because he does great work when he does show up. Edit: Art has responded below and I'd hope he would contact me if he has any further issues. That being said there are multiple lies or conflations here The first time you came through I didn't ask about hard water stains. I was told you guys can't do that and would 100 percent pay more(this was months later though), like I did to the person who came through today. Again I liked your work, and even had a conversation with you about more detailed jobs to remove the hard water on another day! Secondly I never received a text saying you were here during the last appointment as you'll see below. There was a time back art said he'd never received a confirmation from me-- so there may be messaging issues and I'm willing to clear up the misunderstanding But why lie about the first meeting? That's incredibly frustrating. Also you said you waited 25 minutes then extended it to 45? With all due respect sir, no part of me likes leaving 1 star reviews on your business. But not even a mention as to what's going on, conflating and lying about the circumstances of what I asked for? Why say I wanted "extra stuff" and hard waterwhen that was literally NOT what happened?(I had gotten a brand new car, no hard water had hit it for weeks until 7 months later when art offered up a special service to take care of this. I was considering doing this till he ghosted). We both have the text messages and I'm willing to post them. And most of the times we met it was cordial! I absolutely respected your time. I don't need to go back and forth on Yelp about this. We can wait to see further reviews of your business and further responses to reviews I end up posting and see where things land. But if you want this taken down, you know where to text me
